Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) (Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder( Average 150mm filling )to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.)

Cement Treated Sub-Base : Providing in-situ Stabilization od Sub-Base by using Cement as per design mix (3-49%) using environment friendly truck mounted cement spreader with computer control spray system of spraying width upto 2.4 m as per specification. The pre spread cement, sub base materials shall be processed in-situ by using self propelled 4 wheeled individual hydraulic drive cold recycler/ stabilizer equipment with working width 2.4 m fitten with 440 KW Engine. The stabilizer equipment shall have inbuilt water spray bar system with built in nozzles to evenly spray, for stabilization purposes. (excluding Bridge gap)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.3-0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Restoration of Surface Course by Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Road Marking: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specification

RCC Guard Post: Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed. (a) 30 cm dia. RCC guard post with reinforcement of 6nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/ MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.
