Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc.

Brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) with sub calss B bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but except bricks

M&L Brickwork with sub class 'B' Bricks, Straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in Cement Mortar 1:4

Flush pointing in brick work (top and sides of drain) in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster (in patches) on brick or stonewall including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete and brick work on fair surface finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white lime washing on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in coping/benching of manhole including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil soil, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 11 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well, ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm (soft/loose soil).

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exeeding 1.5 m above the starting point

Providing cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation,mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

Demolition/breaking up or down PVC /AC/CI/Cement drain pipe (SGSW) of any size, fixed in any position complete all as specified.

S&F reinforced cement concrete pipe 100 mm bore, class NP-3 laid in trenches and jointed as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base all as as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course below tiles all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for ULTRA cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors

S&F Non- skid ceramic colured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm(square/rectangular) in floor etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the floor all as specified and directed.

S & F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4 as in floors to receieved floor tiles

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on walls to receive wall tiles etc.

M&L 450mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars per length all as specified and directed.

M&L 600mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars per length all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes any length and in any position in trenches, floors or at wall (with clamps in wall).

S&F 75mm dia of outlet cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as in repair all as specified.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa’ pattern of size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rest and flush pipe including provision of concrete bedding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous china white wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) including PVC sheet cover, Jet and connection to drain or out going pipe and to flushing pipe anti-syphonage pipe etc, fixed as in repair, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern of capacity 10 ltrs including PVC flush pipe for squatting pan fixed to wall complete with brackets and accessories fixed in lieu of CI high level cistern after removing the same including. GI flush pipe and making good to disturbed portion complete matching with existing surface and Making GI pipe connection from push cock to low level complete.

Disconnecting existing tank exc. 250 ltrs but n.exc 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required), cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in same position including writing date of cleaning in ---DD/MM/YYYY-- etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia PVC float Valve assembly complete with float complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore chromium plated bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe and fixed to 15mm bore pipe any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore stop valve/angle cock cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore 15mm fixed as in repairs.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in manhole cover / slabs and placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work of MS steel sheet, including necessary welding for all around manhole cover or similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in surface channel or drains including necessary form works, stops ,moulds etc incl demolition of concrete.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to Fe 500 or Fe-550 as in steel reinforcement for concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conf to Fe-410-w or E -250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing man hole for connecting new drains,making good to pipe and rendering,cutting out existing benching for and formingbranch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished or reforming benching as reqd for 200mm internal dia of pipe.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified.

Removing the manhole cover (CI or RCC) opening any type of manhole rectangular/circular of depth not exceeding 3m, taking out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line of 100 mm dia pipe by mechanical pumping making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including removal of sludge / solid contents outside the cantonment area and re-fixing the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and as directed for 100mm bore pipe line. Note : (i) Length of pipeline shall be measured from centre to centre of manhole and cleaning manholes is inclusive in cleaning pipe line. (ii) Manhole of depth more than 3m shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ. (iii) Contractor has to provide all necessary safety gears & protective equipment to the labours engaged. (iv) Work will done only when one supervisor is present on site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

Bailing out (dewatering) of water, sewage (sullage), liquid, semi liquid and solid suspended contents and floating matters of filteration bed of grease traps by MECHANICAL PUMPING ONLY by plugging inlets as required, desludging and getting out mud/ sludge/ silt/clay/sand/grit etc and all other foreign organic and inorganic materials, from filteration bed and getting out muddy sludge, silt and all other foreign particle material, grass, bushes, vegetation etc. and removing outside cantonment area up to a distance of 1.5 KM deposited where directed in borrow pits and covering the buried pit with 15cm thick layer of earth/soil and re-fixing the manhole cover to its original position all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and making oxidation pond fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:1 Working in foul conditions. After dewatering, sewage systems shall be allowed to dry . 2. Sewage/ sullage shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle. 3 : Work shall be carried out as and when required. 4. Work will done only when one supervisor is present on site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

Note: 1.Working in foul conditions. 2. After dewatering, the sludge allowed to dry and solid contents shall only be measured for payment purpose. 3. Sewage/ sludge shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle. 4 : Work shall be carried out as and when required. 5. Work will done only when one supervisor is present on site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged.

Cleaning of open drain of any size, depth and removed all mud/ sludge/ silt/clay/sand, all other foreign organic and inorganic materials, solid suspended contents and floating matters by manual labour or by mechanical pumping (at contracotr's discretion) and removing up to a distance of 1.5 KM deposited all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
