COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF CERTAIN MD ACCN AT SECTOR -31 CHANDIGARH UNDER GE (AF) CHANDIGARH

Plain cement concrete ,25 mm average thickness (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in levelling course finished even & rough without using extra cement in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) in and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates and finished the surface rough to provide adequate bond for the topping as in sub base ,foundations, filling and mass concretein and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) in and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 75 mm thick, (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring/hard standing/paving finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) in and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 75 mm thick, 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection/court yard including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and fair in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Quoted rates are inclusive of use and waste of formwork and to devide the area in panels.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, side and sofits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam and similar work: vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab of concrete such as roof slabs, floor slabs, cover slab, shelve, landings and similar works n.exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping); with rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills,concrete railings, opening in concrete walls,floor and roof n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n exc 20 cm wide, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90mm dia in and including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description & in any position and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundation beams; plinth beams; base for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete and demolition cement Concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided any thickness and any length etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separetely.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the likes in and including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description & in any position and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separetely.
