SCH "A" PART-I (E&M)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each.

Supply and lay in trenches seived sand obtained from excavated trench including spreading / levelling, cushioning for underground cables all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, Flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable joints out door type for underground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints/End Terminals suitable for HT 11 KV UG XLPE cable / armoured heavy duty cables with aluminium conductor of following sizes :-

(b) 3 core 120 Sqmm

(c) 3 Core 185 Sqmm

(d) 3 Core 240 Sqmm

Supply and laying in trenches/poles/wall etc HT UG Cable XLPE insulated with multistranded aluminium conductor armoured with galvanised steel wire / taps 11000 volts grade conforming to IS specifications and of following sizes :-

(a) HT UG Cable 3 core 95 sqmm .

(b) HT UG Cable 3 core 120 sqmm .

(c ) HT UG Cable 3 core 185 sqmm .

Supply and install switch Air Break gang operated triple pole ,mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amp 11000 volts including taking down complete all specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of tubes light grade of size 80 mm dia galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in treanches, fixed on pole /under road crossing or passing through gutters etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete, including taking down old u/s GI tubing all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement of Disc type porcelain insulators 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type ,white ,brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable insulators. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement of loop type porcelain vitreous white brown, or green insulator with over all dimension 90X140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm including taking down old unserviceable insulators all specified and directed .

M&L for ACSR conductor of any size for HT/LT over head line and jumpers on PCC/RCC/Steel pole including binding wires line connecting up etc of any size including taking down old unserviceable ACSR all specified and directed .

M&L in replacement of Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back pates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

Service charges for carrying out servicing GOD carrying out complete servincing , lubrication of the mechanism & greasing with petroleum Gel all as specified and directed Note: Minimum spares /lubricants and tools required for the job should be be included in the coated rates.

Supply and fix in replacement of lighting arrester expulsion type complete with all fitting transmission class ,discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp 11000 Volts rating including dismantling old unserviceable lighting arrestor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Expulsion type drop out fuse with all accessories and contact insulator etc fixed on HT pole rating above 10 and up to25 Amps suitable for 11KV 3 pole with two Nos insulator per pole including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Expulsion type drop out fuse with all accessories and contact insulator etc fixed on HT pole rating above 25 and up to 50 Amps suitable for 11KV 3 pole with two Nos insulator per pole including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Service charges for carrying out servicing and overhauling of under mentioned capacities HT VCB/ LBS by drawing out the draw-out module of the breaker, carrying out complete cleaning with clean cloth & cleaning agent, lubrication of the mechanism & greasing with high temperature molly grease, testing for smoother ON/OF operation, carrying out relay calibration of protection relay by secondary current injection methods to check trip time characteristic of relays, checking of healthiness of CTs & Pts. Checking of IR value of Interrupters, healthiness of Protection Tripping of Circuit breaker etc. Choking and servicing switchgear Interlocks and Safety Like Mechanical - 1. Positive Interlock, 2.Negative Interlock, 3. Spring Discharge Interlock, 4. Padlocks, 5. Key Interlocking 6. Safety Roll in Stop, 7. Safety Roll - out Stop,8. Rating Interference Interlock. Electrical - Interlock Switches) Checking of Electrical operations of the breaker for ON/OFF & Trip operation for Incomer and Outgoing including submission of service & test reports. The servicing to be done by authorised service provider of manufacturer.

Servicing of VCB 400 to 800 Ampere, 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, by disconnection and dismantling from 11KV Panels and replacing following items with new similar to existing make and specification and refxing of VCB in its original position ,reconnecting and commissioning all as per trade practice s directed complete for smooth function of VCB/LBS

(b) Repairing and setting of on and off tripping mechanism system together with adjustment of main shaft with replacement of sundry items such as Bush pin Washer Nuts & Bolts spring and wiring etc Complete Cleaning and washing will also be done.

(b) Replacement & fitting of Bearings as per existing size

(c ) Replacement & fitting of Charging Rod

(d) Replacement & fitting of Rocker Lever

(f) Supply and fix Power pack 110AC/110V DC all as specified and as directed Make: Sun Electric or Equivalent

(g) Supply and fix Bus support Insulator 11KV, 10.4 mpa tensile Strength all as existing shape and size suitable for existing systems and specified and as directed

(h) Supply and fix Tripping coil as per existing capacity and make

(j) Supply and fixing of Spring charging handle assembly as per existing

(k) Supply and fixing Raising and Lowering gear operated Handle

(l) Supply and fixing Spout bushing as per existing size and model/make

M&L for servicing of four pole structure including checking/ tightening/making free for operating of GOD, insulators, lighting arrester, changing of nut/bolts if required including painting of RYB paint/tape at strip including preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from HT tubular pole of 11 Mtr long, painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps, bracket with one coat of aluminium paints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of two pole structure including checking/ tightening/making free for operating of GOD, insulators, lighting arrester, changing of nut/bolts if required including painting of RYB paint/tape at strip including preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from HT tubular pole of 11 Mtr long, painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps, bracket with one coat of aluminium paints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Filtration of transformer oil of transformers step down 11 KV / 0-433 V indoor/outdoor type upto 500 KVA capacity installed at different sub stations/locations using filtration and heating equipment at site by re-circulating transformer oil heating, dehydration and improving di-electric strength of the oil to withstand 40 KV for one minute including testing of oil as specified and directed.

NOTE : Transformer oil test kit shall be provided by the contractor at site for testing of oil.

Removing silica gel from the breather assembly of transformer of various transformer of various capacity up to 500 KVA installed at different sub stations and providing fresh Silica gel in the breather.

Supply and filling/topping up new transformer oil conforming to IS Specification for transformer upto 500 KVAcapacity of suitable insulation garade not less than 50KV, installed at various sub stations.

Dismantling and removing the following unserviceable parts/items from the transformer of various capacity including supply and fixing new parts/items

Gasket of conservator tank of transformer 63 KVA to 500 KVA capacity.

Terminal brass spindles, bush and check nuts with threads suitable for HT 11 KV primary terminals of transformer upto 500 KVA capacity.

Terminal brass spindles, bush and check nuts with threads suitable for LT 0 - 433 Volt secondary terminals of transformer upto 500 KVA capacity.

M & L for replacement of breather assembly of size 50mm dia, min 250 mm long for transformer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for replacement of transformer temperature gauge dial type having temp range 0 to minimum 120 degree calicoes complete e all as specified and directed

Dismantling HT and LT (primary and secondary) terminal box covers and terminals, check / inspect the terminals, bushes, etc, arrest any leakage of oil by replacing gaskets tighten all terminal screws, bolts, nuts, etc, for proper contacts, refix covers, all as specified and directed for various types of transformers upto 300 KVA capacity.

All as per item No 42 but 300 KVA to 500 KVA

Material and labour for rewinding of primary coil 11 KV of transformer with super enameled suitable gauge copper winding wire for all the limps ,insulation sleeves , replacement of terminal, including Taking down transformer carefully from its position up to road not exceeding 50 Mtr by manually and transportation by vehicle (Recovery Van)/Manually to work shop and replacing with stand by transformer at the location all as specified and directed Capacity up to 500 KVA( Note : - Rate deemed including removing and re- installation of necessary HT/LT cable/ACSR/Earthling connection from transformer, filtration and Topping up Oil shall be measured and paid for separately )

Material and labour for rewinding of secondary coil 0.433 KV of with super enameled suitable gauge copper winding wire for all the limps ,insulation sleeves , replacement of terminal, including Taking down transformer carefully from its position up to road not exceeding 50 Mtr by manually and transportation by vehicle (Recovery Van)/Manually to work shop and replacing with stand by transformer at the location all as specified and directed Capacity up to 500 KVA ( Note : - Rate deemed including removing and re- installation of necessary HT/LT cable/ACSR/Earthling connection from transformer, filtration and Topping up Oil will be paid separately ) )

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of GI and GI earth strip projected by 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected to main control board all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil and PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 in chamber and 40 mm thick RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways with 6 mm dia M S hooks complete all as specified.

Shifting the Transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA with the help of Crane / Manpower , making necessary connection for both HT and LT sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement CT as per existing and suitable for existing capacity of CT complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PT as per existing and suitable for existing capacity of PT complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Complete removal of creepers and vegetation from chain link fencing including all connected mild steel sections of 11 KV substation protection switch yard and main step down station ( 11 KV ) protection switch yard and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI Earth strip 32 x 6 mm as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on battens or buried on ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Finding fault of HT Switch Gear (VCB/GOD)/HT XLPE UG Cable aluminium conductor armoured of cable size 95 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm by fault locater including taking out from trenches/poles/structure and relaying after fault rectification complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate including hire of HT fault Locater and Earth Work. works should be completed with in 12 hrs, Jointing Kit will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item if required. Before Starting of any HT works contractor should ensure safety arrangements and proper shutdown of feeders/mains to avoide any unwanted incidents

M& L for painting to existing Out door/indoor F P Boxes/LT Panel Booards any size/capacity in situ with one coat of synthetic enamel smoke grey painting over red oxide primer after proper scrapping out old painted surface with spray gun after necessary preparation of external surfaces of FP Box/LT Panels body complete including base frame , angle iron supports all as directed by Engineer in charge .

M/L replacement of u/s Ammeter any make /size /shape ,capacity as per site condition incl CTs if required all as directed
