VARIABLE SPPED PUMPING SYSTEM (VSPS). a) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Factory fitted variable speed hydropneumatic system mounted on a common base plate comprising of vertical/horizontal inline multistage pumping set with Stainless steel-304 body, Stainless steel-304 impeller, Stainless steel-304 casing, shaft of Stainless steel-304 and C.I. base & head with mechanical seal, shaft directly coupled to a TEFC induction motor suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC supply with 150 mm dia pressure gauge with gunmetal isolation cock, vibration eliminating pads under foundation, one no. microprocessor based controller, One No. variable frequency drive, requisite inputs and outputs, digital display with fluorescent colour screen with multi touch function keys and service keys, transmitters, sequence running controller, dry running Protection, motor control centre, necessary power and control cabling from MCC to pumps including required rating of MCB, one Nos. required capacity M.S diaphragam tank with interchangeable butyl rubber membrane, complete in all respects including suction and delivery headers of G.I "C" class pipe of required dia, isolation valves, NRV of PN-16 grade & vibration eliminators on both suction & delivery side of pumps, power box, equipped with fuses/ isolators/circuit breakers as required. Pump shall be CED Coated, and connecting cable, Factory performance Test Certificate for complete systems along with VFD & PLC Controls has to be submitted as per ISO 9906 . Factory quality certificate has to be submitted as per ISO 9001.

Specification of the pump: One complete set comprises of Three Pumps. (2 Working + 1 Standby). Capacity: 275 lpm @ 5 kg/sqcm Cut-out Pressure 5.55 kg/sqcm Cut-in Pressure 4.55 kg/sqcm (variable pressures from 3.0 to 5.5kg/cm2) Shut-off pressure for each pump shall be minimum of 120% of rated pressure. Makes-Lubi/Kirloskar/Cromption/Grundfos / WILO/KSB / Ebara/DP All items has to be source from single vendor for unit responsibility, the vessel shal be designed for operating pressure 3-5.5 kg/cm2 & test pressure 8.25 kg/cm2 or as per manufacturer's specifications.The system should be designed for variable pressures from 3.0 to 5.5kg/cm2 at site itself.Complete job includes cost of pumps along with controlling system, installation at site including construction of pacca platform ,fabrication of manifold & color coated roof sheet 0.40 mm thick for safeguarding the pumps & allied items on the roof top of the buiding including power connections from the mains as per requirement at site.
