Repairs to the Hydraulic system of the machine by extracting the worn-out parts repairing by way of P/F of Seals of the blade jacks, Hose adaptors, O-rings, topping up of the Hyd. Oil, testing after fitment of spares on load. Also repairs to the Blade unit of the machine by way cutting of the worn-out nut/bolts of the cutting bits, arm pins with the help of gas cutter. Welding of the cracked portions of the Blade assy, replacement of cutting bits, bolts/nuts, arm pins, cotters, etc. Complete job including cost of material & labour charges

Repair to the brackets of the machine by taking out the brackets from the chassis of the machine and repairing to the brackets using MIG welding, P/F of splice plates for strengthening the brackets, taking out worn-out alignment adjusting screws and P/F new screws. Re-assembling of the brackets on the machine after repairing. The job includes cost of material and labour charges, crane charges for taking out cabin of the machine, taxes and other tools/tackles required to execute the job.

Repairs to the Chassis of the machine by way of removal of damaged/cracked portion of Chassis by gas cutting and removing out 28 inch long portion of chassis on both sides. Then P/F of new pieces in place of damaged portion by gas welding, P/F of new nuts and Bolts also P/F new strips by arc welding for extra support to the machine during working in tough conditions. Providing and fitting of Two no. new battery of 150Ah of reputed make and rebate to be offered on old battery@ 10% Complete job including cost of material, labour, taxes and tools and tackles required to execute the job at site.

Repairs to the blade of Snow plough snow clearance machine by way of extracting out damaged parts making use of gas cutting and strengthening / straightening of arms, cutting of old damaged pins and p/f of new pins, dismantling of old worn-out cutting edges from the blade, p/f of new cutting edges 20 mm thickness of mild steel by drilling holes on the MS plates and fitting them on the blades by p/f of new nuts, bolts and washers. Complete job including cost of material carriage and labour charges. The job is executed at site.
