REPAIR/MAINT OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, EXTERNAL PLASTER AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC ITEMS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NASIRABAD.

Taking down existing unservicable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of RCC /stone patti roof surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for five layered APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2.10mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps (b) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded. complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 40mm thick (minimum consolideted thickness) type B-0, using 12.5 mmgraded stone aggregate as in padding finished even and smooth wothout using extra cement with existing slope with V shaped grooves 6mm wide and10mm deep @0.40Sqm of each panel on top of padding and filled with mastic bitumen of 1:1 preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface preparation for PU by air blower and then wash by water, Dust frees the surface, including removing of old felt / loose plaster / concrete etc. and repair by mortar, After curing then applying 1st coat of liquid Waterproofing membrane Elongation more than 1000% conform (ASTM D41298) (ASTM 96-95), In 2nd coat add 20% of water. Then apply 3rd coat of Rubberized Elastomeric liquid Waterproofing membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4) 10mm thick as in ceiling surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar as in portion ordered complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
