JJPR-12/25-26 Restoration to Brahmachari Patana Mallikapur TRE on Kani right near Daragha Muslimsahi (Permanent breach closing).

Dismantling temporary bullah piling and sand bag laying wrought framed and fixed in frames of trusses upto a height of 5m above plinth level including T&P and cleaning the sand bags away from worksite with a lead of 50m and above wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth, gravel etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum in volume for base stripping including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess etc complete including all incidental charges required for the completion of work with T&P articles required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area both by manual/ mechanical means, loading in to and transportation both by mechanical and manual means and unloading the soil within a distance of 5 km. on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface, protection works etc. with all labour and cost of transportation , with all leads, lifts and delifts including spreading and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm in size including clearance of site, uprooting the stumps and trees, and dressing/cutting the earth to the required profile and slope for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction, maintenance, watering , dewatering and lighting of haul road and borrow area and all taxes, royalties, labour cess, T&P etc. complete, including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges and quality control testing charges required for completion of the work as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer.(Measurement will be taken on level section). Arrangement of earth is the responsibility of agency).

Fine dressing and turfing by mechanical means with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. with best compacted dub grass including watering, ramming, etc. complete including labour cess as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Payment will be made after survival of turf).

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of approved quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m x 1.50m x 0.44m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in volumetric ratio of (70:30) using admixture including laying and spreading in uniform thickness and consolidation by PRR with all leads, lifts and delifts to complete the item of work in all respect including all labour cost, carriage, royalty & all taxes of sub-base materials including hire & running charges of PRR etc. complete as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation & plinth in all kinds of soil with initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth within initial lead of 50m and shoring, shuttering, dewatering etc. including labour cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand with well watered and rammed including cost, carriage, royalty of sand, cess and all taxes etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 with 40mm size down graded coarse aggregates of approved quality mixing by concrete mixure and placing manually, compacting with vibrator including hire and running charges of mixure, vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges and materials complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Cconcrete M-20 with using 20mm and down graded size Crusher broken hard granite chips, sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer and placing manually on approved surface, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangways and scaffolding, chute with cost, conveyance, labour cess, all taxes, royalties of all materials, site illumination hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification with all cost incidental to the work etc. complete including labour cess as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying cutting bending binding and placing in position uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification including all labours, cost, conveyance, labour cess and all taxes of MS rod and binding wire etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing formwork for concrete F1 finish for upstream faces of dam, spillway, glacis of barrages, unexposed surfaces of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in abutment and wing wall 8cm to 23cm size including metal spall in layers complete as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Quarrying, collecting and supplying hard granite stone boulders of at least 0.028m3 in volume, free from weathered skin surface and other deleterious materials for slope protection works in river embankments by stone dumping and providing rock toe, rip rap, spurs etc. and surface packing in all heights and depths to proper line and level including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour cess, taxes and transportation of all materials of approved quality with uniform colour and texture from approved quarry with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. and all other incidental charges with quality control tests required to complete the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting and supplying hard granite stone boulders of 15cm to 30cm in size, free from weathered skin surface and other deleterious materials dry packing for slope protection works in river embankments including surface packing in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour cess, taxes and transportation of all materials of approved quality with uniform colour and texture from approved quarry with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. and all other incidental charges with quality control tests required to complete the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old revetment and aprons and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries away from the work site and repacking with old stones with filling the interstices with small stones including all costs of labour, T&P, cess, hire charges of machineries and incidental charges required to complete the work in all respect etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
