Providing Chemical Earthing by using Copper bonded 17 mm dia & 3mtr long Rod, Earth Enhancing compound, earth pit cover, i/c excavation and refilling the pit, sign writing of earth chamber with paint etc as reqd. (The earth resistance shall be offered to accepting testing authority and Air force authority, The resistance shall be equal or less than 0.5ohm for Equipment earthing and 1ohm for Lightening arrestor earthing, Digital earth Megger shall be arranged by the vendor for A/T and handing over purpose).

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connections with brass nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and re-filling etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing of copper earth bus bar of 600mmx50mmx5 mm on surface of wall for earthing distribution including suitable size bracket and insulator support and sign writing of bus bar etc as reqd.

Supplying and filling of Terec Plus Earth Enhancing Compound 5kg bag for achieving the desired earth resistance value for acceptance testing and handing over to air force authority etc as reqd

Supplying and filling of black cotton soil Earth Enhancing Compound 50kg bag for achieving the desired earth resistance value for acceptance testing and handing over to air force authority etc as reqd

Supplying and filling of bentonite powder 50Kg for achieving the desired earth resistance value for acceptance testing and handing over to air force authority etc as reqd

Providing and fixing Franklin rod type air terminal made of solid round copper of not less than 300 mm long and diameter not less than 16mm with multi prong with suitable mounting plate i/c jointing by riveting /nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc as reqd. Note- Suitable mounting for air terminal to be provided to ensure there is no direct contact of the terminal with structure.

Jointing copper tape (with another copper tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting/nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing Copper tape 25 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as reqd.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing Copper tape 25 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as reqd. (For vertical run Note: Separations between down conductors and mounting wall will be greater than 0.1 mtr)

Providing and fixing testing joint made of 25 mm X 3 mm thick Copper strip of 125 mm long on epoxy insulator of height not less than 100 mm, with 4 nos. of Copper bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as reqd.

Providing and laying Copper tape 25 mm X 5 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as reqd. ( For Ring Earth)

Supplying and installation & testing of Early Streamer (ESE) Type of Lighting Arrestor of minimum covering a radius of 30mtr Protections in level 1. When mounted at a height of 5Metre complete with fasteners, rope wire and accessories. It is to be designed as per NFC 17-102. The ESE terminal should capacity Against Wind Speed ≥15 M/S, operating temperature range -20ºC to 60ºC and IP-67 protection. (Make: M/s Tercel /BAKIRAL/ AXIS/ ABB/ similar superior make. Copy of lab certificate report to be enclosed)

Supply and fixing of advanced lightning flash counter 2 Digit, 0 to 99 counts complete as reqd. (Make M/s Tercel / Bakiral/ Axis/ ABB/ similar superior make)

Supply and fixing of GI Mast , 50 mm dia 5mtr With suitable size GI Base Plate, rope wire , fasteners, nut, bolts, and other required accessories including minor civil work such as RCC foundation block etc. complete as reqd.

SITC of KEMA/VDE certified encapsulated (protected against ionized plasma blow outs) Spark gap type coordinated lightening and Surge protection for Stage-II protection designed for TT configuration against low voltage surges with thermal disconnection and potential free contact for arrestor connected between live and neutral and earth i/c interconnection earthing etc in suitable enclosure, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system as per specification complete as reqd.

Providing and laying 40 mm dia GI pipe, B class direct in ground / fixing on wall complete as reqd.

Supplying & laying of 4 X 10 Sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE insulated Copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade including transportation, loading, unloading up to site complete as reqd.

Clearing and levelling of excavated soil for making earth pit and maintaining the Earth chamber surface evenly to the existing earth surface level including arranging labour etc., as reqd.( For equipment earthing at Laitkor peak)
