S & F for Solid PVC Door Frame of the size 50 x 47mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet. The door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S Square tube. EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The profile shall be mitre cut at two corners and joined by inserting 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube inside the 19mm x 19mm M.S. square tube ands suitably screwed. all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made plain, framed, paneled door shutters kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated second class, hardwood (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial marine grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde sy resin adhesive confirming to IS-710. The size of rails & style shall be as per IS-1003.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. The surface shall be painted with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.40 kg per sqm conforming to IS: 3384 and a coat bitumen grade 30/40 1.20 kg/ Sqm with a layer of APP based polymeric memberance. 3 mm thick minimum weight not less 150 gms ) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish uniformly embedded during manufacturing process. Side over lap shall be 75 mm and ends shall be 100 mm and all over lap and joints insert upto thr ht 150 cm vertical surface imbeded in wall and finifhing in CM 1:3 , embeding membrane into spout pipe , roof down ward facia and shall sealed by torch application with bitumen 30/40 grade, coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radious 75 mm at roof junction,parapet wall and other vertical surface and painetd with hot paving bitumen grade 30/40, confirming to IS -73 @ 1.20 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS -3384 @ 0.30 Litre per sqm and all as specified Applicatiion of polymeric memberance shall be torch application all as per manufacturer instructions.
