Annual Maintenance job contract of Electrical and Mechanical Installations of International Terminal T 2 and its power house, Residential Colony and CISF Barrack at B P I Airport Bhubaneswar

Periodical Maintenance and operation of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations and power supply system of Cargo Building, Terminal Building i/c conveyor systems, & Substation related to Operational area including all DG Sets with AMF panels etc. involving operation, repairs & maintenance, faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in tender specifications of contract on all days including Sundays & Holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panel & the services of all other E & M installation shall be ensured round the clock (ie. in three shifts daily, each shift/daily of 8 hours) .

Deployment of one senior Supervisor on all working days (except Sunday) in General Shift for monitoring and supervising the ongoing works of all the sites under this contract and submit record on daily basis and assist to Engineering- In- charge for day to day maintenance works.

Calibration, testing, verification & stamping of weighing conveyors (Make- Mettler Toledo, Capacity- 500 Kgs.) by concerned Govt. Deptt. / Govt. Authorized Agency as per the detailed tender specifications, terms and conditions.

Dehydration and filtration of 11/0.433KV transformer at site including testing for BDV before and after dehydration and filtration and submission of dielectric strength test reports etc. as required in accordance to the maintenance schedules, recommendation of the OEM, equipment specification & special condition complete etc as required.

Repair/ servicing/ testing of Power Transformer by arresting the oil leakage from HT terminals/ studs/ top cover, fins by replacing the HV bushing ,radiator gaskets, washers,conservator tank etc. and making the transformer serviceable complete as required.

Topping of new transformer oil confirming to IS:335-1993 incorporating up to date ammendment for transformer,breakers etc as per the site requirement

Calibration of MICRO PROCESSER RELAY of follwing model installed at HT/LT panel and submission of report complete as required. a) CGI-14C of make Croption & Greaves Ltd b) CDG of make English Electric c) VAJ make of English Electric d) VAJ H13 YF0002BBA make of Alstom e) CDG81EG0025D(M) make in GEC ALSTHOM

Rewinding the following with copper winding wires of required size and heat varnishing etc. as required including less for dismantled copper wire etc. as and when required.

Ceiling fans upto 1400 mm

Exhaust fans upto 450 mm

Wall Fans

Replacement of ball bearing for above fans.

Lifting & lowering of submersible motor pump set up to 10.0 HP capacities from underground borewell including dismantling & re-fitting of pump, discharge pipe, steel rope, clamp etc. upto a depth of 400 feet complete as required.

Repairing,rewinding & complete overhauling of submersible pump motor from upto 10 h.p. Job includes transportation of motor, dismantling and rewinding with the same gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn-out/ defective parts i.e. bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearings, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing , assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required

Repairing,rewinding & complete overhauling of submersible pump motor from upto 5 h.p. Job includes transportation of motor, dismantling and rewinding with the same gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn-out/ defective parts i.e. bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearings, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing , assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required

Rewinding, repairing and complete overhauling of 7.5 H.P /10.0 H.P mono-block motor pump set including transportation of same from site to work shop and taking back the same, testing / commissioning etc. complete as required.

Repair of earth pit by providing necessary mason enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and funnel as per CPWD/ AAI specification.

Rate for each one rupee value of work executed from the DSR-2018 (Electrical) Schedule & cost worked out on the basis of DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates. {For example, if the quoted rate for this item is Rs.0.90, then for executing DSR-2018 (Electrical) schedule works of value Rs.1,00,000.00 at DSR-2016 (Electrical) rates, the quoted amount will be Rs.90,000.00. And if quoted rate for this item is Rs.1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs.1,25,000.00}
