Work of installing RCC/iron benches, tree guards, sign boards at various places in Ward No. 1 to 33 of Nagar Parishad, Sri Ganganagar area.

Supplying, erecting and fixing in position specified precast RCC bench made of RCC grade M-30 consisting of 2 Nos. “L” shaped base support of thickness 100 mm back height 1000mm, front height 450 mm, base width 420mm and 5 Nos. RCC planks of size of 1500x100 x 50 mm and 1 Nos RCC planks of 150x200x50mm including joining all parts with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly with nice finish and appearance and level complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in-charge. Every bench should have a manufacturer’s logo of appropriate size Engraved at suitable place.

Supply and fixing different type of steel pre-fabricated garden bench/ jhula/ slides and other children play items made of steel duly painted as per approved design and specifications by engineer in-charge made of MS pipe, Flats, rectangular hollow section or other steel sections duly welded and or nut bolted where ever required, rubbing and buffing welded joints to make safe for use of children and painted in approved pattern complete as required.

Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level.The vertical members shall consist of four nos angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.6 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical members shall be welded to 4 nos 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

Providing and erecting direction and place identifications retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 807.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm thick supported on mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.Identification sign board of size upto 0.90 sqm

Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and fixing High Intensity retro reflective Type IV sign plate made out of 2.00 mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with blue/green high intensity grade retro reflective sheet and logo/matters, boarder made of with similar type of white sheeting after etching treatment of aluminium sheet, the black side is to be painted with epoxy grey paint. the plate is to be fixed on 40X40X5 mm angle iron frame with help of aluminium rivets
