If the tenderer is a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to 10 numbers in any one of the last 3 years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. The equipments offered for supply must satisfy the specifications mentioned in the tender along with recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should be in satisfactory operation for 2 years as on date of tender opening.
Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (a) The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and (b) The successful bidder should provide authorized representative for having supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 10 numbers of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 which must be in satisfactory operation.
The bidder has to upload the Firm Registration Certificate / Company Incorporation Certificate.
Self-Declaration stating that the tenderer have not been black listed by any Government Department or Quasi Government. Organizations or Public Undertaking Sectors and will not supply Refurbished materials and is not facing any judicial enquiry.
The bidder has to upload the copy of the PAN Card and GST Registration Certificate and Documents of GST returns paid challan for one years i.e. Jan-2025 to till date to be uploaded.
Technical Specifications should be filled (with make, model no or part no and if any other required details), signed and submitted as per Section - VI.
Printed literature and brochure in English of the quoted model including complete details should be uploaded.
Tender bid offer form Section - VIII document duly filled signed and uploaded by the tenderer.
Proforma statement of the orders up to at least 10 numbers for the primary manufacturer and up to at least 10 numbers for the authorized representative/agent of a manufacturer of the scheduled requirement of the tender for the Passenger Lift in any one of last three years (i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 ) in Section - XII and the Performance Statement / Satisfactory Certificates of the same should be submitted
Income tax returns statements for the last three financial years i.e. i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 should be submitted (income tax return acknowledgement copies).
The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be minimum of rupees 02 Crores for each of the three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 and certified by a chartered accountant, copy of the annual turnover declaration by a chartered accountant to be submitted.
The bidder or his representative must upload the copy of the valid at least Class II electrical contract license
