Supplying and laying of 630sqmm – 3 core (3.3 KV, HT XLPE Armoured, Aluminium conductor as per latest IS specification with thimble / clamps/ terminals (all accessories) from 7 No. incomer VCB to new substation switch room at pump house JF-2 through tranches and cable trays on walls after removal of old cables.

Supply of 240sqmm Cable, 3.3 KV, HT XLPE Armoured, 3 Core, Aluminium conductor as per latest IS specification.

Supply of 185sqmm Cable, 3.3 KV, HT XLPE Armoured, 3 Core, Aluminium conductor as per latest IS specification.

Supply of 150sqmm Cable, 3.3 KV, HT XLPE Armoured, 3 Core, Aluminium conductor as per latest IS specification.

Supply of 35sqmm Cable, 415V, LT XLPE Armoured, 3.5 Core, Aluminium conductor as per latest IS specification.

Supply and fixing of exhaust fans 24”, single phase with suitable wire and starter ( Havells / Crompton)

Providing and fixing of 75x75x8mm angle support on existing cable trays with fasteners (approx 3.5 ft l;ength each)

Make: Havells, KEI, Polycab, Finolex NOTE: Sr. No. 1 to 4 are un-earthed cable. Terms & Conditions:- 1. For item at Sr. No. 1, both ends of cable of all 7 loops will be connected with VCB with suitable size cable box. 2. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 3. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 4. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 5. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 6. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 7. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 8. Completion period – completion period is 4 Months. 9. Warranty must be 18 Months or 2500 Operation hours, whichever is earlier from the date of acceptance. 10. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents. 11. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 12. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 13. Either manufacturer (cables) or their authorized dealer can only participate and Cables will be inspected by the CEIL(Third Party) in the premises of manufacturer. The expences will by borne the bidder. 14. For item at Sr. No. 6, out of 30 exhaust fans, 12 to be fitted at PH JF-1, 12 at JF-2, 3 at JC-1 and 3 at JC-2. The wiring will be such that 3 No. exhaust fan will run from single starter of suitable capacity. 15. The bidders must create their contractor ID on HEW Portal (https://works.haryana.gov.in/ ) and accordingly upload the contractor profile summary in bidding documents, failing which the bid will be rejected.
