BOQ (PROVN OF NEW GENERATION GREASE SEPARATORS AT CERTAIN MESSES AT AF STATION SURATGARH)

Supply , Installation and commissioning of Grease separator suitable for underground installations with depth less than 1500 mm should be made of HDPE as per DIN 4040-100 and EN 1825 having nominal flow rate 10 Lt/s, overall capacity not less than 2150 lt, with grease storage capacity of min 400 lt and sludge storage capacity min 1000 lt, total weight excluding manhole shaft not less than 200 kg and excluding lid not less than 310 kg, the grease separator should be capable of cleaing via shaft manhole cover, inlet/outlet socket of nominal dia 160 mm. Top cover of the grease separator should be capable for withstanding load of load calss B125 accroding to EN 124, having clear opening of 600 mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Top cover of the grease separator should be capable for with standing load of load calss B125 accroding to EN 124, having clear opening of 600 mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , Installation and commissioning of Grease separator suitable for underground installations with depth less than 1500 mm should be made of HDPE as per DIN 4040-100 and EN 1825 having nominal flow rate 4 Lt/s overall capacity not less than 770 Lt, with grease storage capacity of min 160 Lt and sludge storage capacity min 400 Lt, total weight excluding manhole shaft not less than 90 kg and excluding lid not less than 135 kg, the grease separator should be capable of cleaing via shaft manhole cover, inlet/outlet socket of nominal dia 160 mm. Top cover of the grease separator should be capable for with standing load of load calss B125 accroding to EN 124, having clear opening of 600 mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Srl Item No 1 to 3: (a) Excavation , earth work, PCC Shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The rate shall deemed to include cost for supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of equipment and Contractor Shall arrange/ provide brochure & other documents to the department and ensure proper three days training for operation/function of equipment through company representative etc.

M&L for Excavating in trenches, (Soft/Loose soil) n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, manholes etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point and disposal.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil . Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified and directed

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only water proofing compound to etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm internal dia old pipe and making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 Band to 3/4 section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished, and reforming benching as required all as specified and directed

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm internal dia old pipe and making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 Band to 3/4 section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for removing existing branch drain , making good to wallling and rendering cutting out branch channel , making good benchings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete bed to drain pipe and packing under haunching against side of pipes after laying in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 150mm dia pipe complete all as secified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete bed to drain pipe and packing under haunching against side of pipes after laying in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 110mm dia pipe complete all as secified and directed

M&L for 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or laid in trenches or in floor and in sewage soil waste or in rain water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or laid in trenches or in floor and in sewage soil waste or in rain water complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised paver block of M-40 grade conforming to IS: 15658:2006 as approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300*300*25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floorsjoints filled with grey cement and pigment including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
