Retuning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layers complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for as in drain copings and similar situations including removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and any position no otherwise specifically ( below or above ground level) including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demoilition incl removing the unserviceable material out side the MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, drains, culverts and walls etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, including removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickess of concrete more than 25 cm (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finished rough surface without using extra cement including necessary use of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joint filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' as in hard standing of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, chajja, roofs, beams, columns, drains, manholes etc including removal of any vegetable, grasses, shrubs, bushes, raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive new plaster upto 6 storey buildings including necessary safety precaution, scaffolding and framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, chajja, roofs, beams, columns, drains, manholes etc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement (water proofing compound to be measured separately) upto 6 storey buildings including necessary safety precaution, scaffolding and framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, chajja, roofs, beams, columns etc surfaces finished sand-faced without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement (water proofing compound to be measured separately) upto 6 storey buildings including necessary safety precaution, scaffolding and framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surface vertical and flat, chajja, roofs, beams, columns, drains, manholes etc., finished even and fair upto 6 storey buildings including necessary safety precaution, scaffolding and framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 as in floors, drains, old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified cement bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete/masonry surface with 1 part of Sika latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, Coverage Sika latex 0.25 kg/sqm for one coat at all height levels, Adhesive bond strength not less than 2.5 MPa, complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Sika/BASE Fosroc/Dr Sunanda) including chipping of the loose concrete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces including match with with existing surfaces and preparation of new plastered or old adjoining surfaces disturbed during replacement of window, complete all as specified and to bring the surface to the entire satisfication of Engineerr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including 2 coats of wall care putty to provide silky smooth finish after preparation of undecorative plastered wall surface, finished smooth surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over & including one coat of primer from the same manufacturer on external walls / ceiling surfaces after preparation of surface by wall care putty on New surface complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Apex ultima from Asian, Acroguard 3X from Acro Paints or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on external wall surface on new plastered surface incl surface preparation surfaces complete.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel and iron surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width of girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel and iron surfaces including preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width of girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 39.00 here-in-before but 6 to 8 mm dia

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F punched tape concertina coil (PTCC) razor blade having minimum weight of 8.50 kgs (+) or (-) 5% per coil stretched to a length of 5 to 6 mts (50 turns) to achieve 610 mm dia as in fencing to steel post and to another coil/MS nibs all as shown on drawing icluding fixing with special galvanised fastners such as clips, C lips, U clips complete all as specified and directed. Note ; Linear length of coil after stretching and fixing shall be measured for purpose of payment)

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 43.00 here-in-before but inner girth exc 30 cm but not exceeding 45 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (Inner girth shall be measured)

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of brick,stone,concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking decorative paver block PU coated of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment, size and shape of paver shall be approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for endura chequerd tiles of approved colour and design 10 to 12mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in paths, floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequerd cement concrete tiles 200x200x25mm/300x300x25mm thick of approved colour and design (Square/ rectangular) as in paths, floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of fine agregate (sand) 50 mm thick for laying of interlocking paver including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in position including jointing of reinforced concrete pipes of 600 mm bore pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in position including jointing of reinforced concrete pipes of 300 mm bore pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/dismantling of APP polymric membrane or terracing tiles, PCC, plastering & leaping plaster on roof laid, bedded and pointed in any thickness, mortar including removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

(a) M & L clean the surface , remove dust, dirt , loose particles and unsound substrate and grading with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick, at junction of slab & parapet, grading with a slope of 1 in 120 mixed with integral water proofing compund as per manugacturer instruction of make:- Dr Fixit or Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface incl cleaning the surface . (c) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm)and 3 mm thick reinfoced with polyster non wove fabric, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flam technology method as per manufacture instruction.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement as in roof floors. (water proofing compound to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in roofs, floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

S&F welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4 Kg weight per sqm, cut to length bent to shape required and fixing with galvanised steel staples or welding supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing, and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of sika latex or equivalent in Forsoc/BASF/Dr Sunanda with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of sika latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 43grade and 2part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site. (All services and work incl internal and external surfaces and members of up to six storey buildings).
