Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6 mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Supply & installation of ready-made pre-fabricated portable office cabin/container (12’×10’×8.5') including MS frame, wall panelling, flooring, doors, windows, fan, lights, switches, AC points, fittings, and all necessary installation work complete.

Resetting of existing MS entry gate / grill for enhancing the base height and to keep in proper allignment for closing the gate properly including cutting hoisting, welding etc. as per requirement at site complete work.
