AMF & DG PANEL

Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 250 KVA DG set having following specification/features.

i) 400 A, MCCB with O/L, S/C, E/F protection and microprocessor based protection release , U/V release etc. - 2Sets

ii) In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity

iii) On -delay timer for load change over

iv) On-delay timer for engine shut off

v) Engine On-Off switch (Push button type)

vii) Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'mains ON', 'load on mains', Set running', 'load on set' and 'battery charger on'.

viii) Audio visual alarm for 'Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature, Start failure', and DG over load'.

x) Microprocessor based relay with composite meter for digital display of following.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

BASE FRAME

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Making 5400mm x 2400mm x 1000mm (250mm below & 750mm above the ground level) PCC foundation (ratio 1:2:4) with 3mm thick smooth cement finish including construction of blue scope roofing shade supported onsteel stuucture consisting of atleast 4(four) vertical supports and adequate horizontal support made up of iron pipes with water prof painting on primer, capable of providing protection against rain for the DG having following dimension 4800mm x 1890mm x 2800mm (hight).

Supply & fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia welded black 200mm dia MS class B pipe incl. all necessary bend supports and clamps anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50mm thick mineral wool covered with wire mesh and aluminium cladding ( from DG sets to top of the building plus 3mtr or as per CPCB) for 250 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC.

S&F special type lattice (box) MS structure by MS angle of size 65 x 65x 8 mm thick for 2 (four) nos main structure with 50x50x6 mm thick MS bracing incline nature properly welded and proper foundation 1ft x 1ft x 2 ft height for holding the MS structure in straight position during running of DG Exhaust pipe incl painting as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. (a) 32 mm dia

Supply & delivery 1.1 KV grade PVC/A. XLPE insulated aluminium armoured cable ( Make- Havells / Polycab / KEI / Gloster / Mescab ) (a) 4 core 400 sqmm

Laying of one no. cable 400 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand as per GS.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : (a) 4 core 400 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : (a) 4 core 400 sqmm

Supply & drawing 1.1KV Grade 7 core 1.5 sqmm PVC Armoured coper cable as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Supply and laying 25 mm x 6 mm insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves copper strip from earth electrod to earth busbar as required.

S & F of earth Bus Bar of copper bar insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves of size 40 mm x 6 mm on wall incl. drilled hole, copper nut bolt and double washer on insulated chair as per direction of the EIC

Supplying and fixing 415V, TPN on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc. [Make-L&T/ Seimens]

A signboard / Plaque carrying inscription as per the guidelines of MOLADS shall be crected permanently and prominently as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery 250 volt. 4 ft. long Single / double LED Tube Light fittings complete with all accessories, incl. LED Tube (Philips Make)

i) TMC 501P 1xT-LED 22W P3241 with 01 nos MASTER LEDtube 18W 2100Lm 865 T8 (PC)

Fixing only single/twin florescent/LED light fitting complete with all accessories Directly on wall/ceiling with HW block and suitable size MS fastener, Ceiling plate, nipples etc. as required.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV, 3 x 1.5 sqmm single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the 20mm rigid conduit pipe and making necy. connection as required

S&F following size MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated with 2/4 pole DP/FP MCB 32/32 amp Isolator, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment. (Make-Legrand / L&T / SIEMENS).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relavent IS /IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Desiel Engin, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.

(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB-II).

(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submited from the Manufacturer/OEM.

(vi) The entire set must be warranted atleast 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier.

(vii) DLP 3 year with preventive and breakdown maintenance.

During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run for atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% load at the cost (cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set.
