WOOD AND PVC WORK

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

FINISHING

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Providing and fixing 35mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including aluminium butt hinges of required size with necessary screws including panelling with 12mm thick marine plywood (BWR) confirming to relevant specification etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. a)With Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Superior Hardwood Cat-II (A)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick glass panes including aluminium butt hinges of required size with necessary screws etc, complete. a) With kiln seasoned and chemically treated superior hard wood Cat-II (A).
