Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska :With F.P.S. brick tiles

Prepartion/cleaning of surface by using wire brush or air compressor machine then (i) applying of Approx area 24-40 sqm 2 liters of Zycoprime + diluted in 21 liters solution of 1:20 Zycosil + soultion in water make Zydex (having milky white or free flowing liquid, specific gravity 1.01 to 1.02, viscosity @ 25 deg, pH 6-7, dilutant (clean potable water TDS <1000 ppm) on lateral and longitudinal direction and proper curing. (ii) Apply first coat of Elastomax (Zydex) using flat brus/roller with dilution of 300 ml-350 ml per liter with water. Leave the surface for at least 24 hours for drying. After this, second coat of ElaastoMax should be applied undiluted using flat brush/roller and left to dry completly. Specification i.e. Viscous liquid,white in colour, Sp Gr. 1.35, Elongation >400% and application temperature 5° to 35° .complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
