Taking down carefully the existing unserviceable batten/conduit/concealed type aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket 5 Amps and15 Amps complete removing the same including fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switch/DB, Teak wood boards etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring surface type with single core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS)including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including ISI marked PVC casing caping not less than 20mm width with its accessories, including necessary pressed steel terminal boxes and 3 mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover and SS screws with cup washers for fixing switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. including making good disturbed surfaces if any with cement mortar 1:3 for fixing switches/sockets/regulators etc. for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 4 above but for one 3/2 Pin 5 Amp socket out let point on the independent board.

(Note :- Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm continuity earth wire and one run of PVC casing and capping with all necessary accessories will be measured as one length).

M&L sub main wiring with four runs of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed multi standard copper conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade (FRLS) and one run o f 10 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor drawn through and including suitable size ISI marked PVC casing and capping with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Four runs of 10 Sqmm cable, one run of 10 Sqmm continuity earth wire and one run of PVC casing and capping with all necessary accessories will be measured as one length).

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning and filling in of excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cables, spread in trenches, river sand including cleaning, spreading levelling, punning for laying/cushioning of cable with layer of 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: For the Purpose of payment puned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm as mechanical protection to underground cables laying with length of the cable cover equal to the width of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for make good to road surface , hard standing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches under road/culvert etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI pipe light grade 40 mm for cable protection fixed to poles/bldg incl two Nos MS clamps made to shape out of 25 x 3mm MS flat and painting incl bolt, nut, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying, connecting all testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exacavation, earth work, sand, bricks and PCC will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and Laying, connecting all testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exacavation, earth work, sand, bricks and PCC will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and install 1.5 TR capacity hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality, copper tube condenser coil including necessary copper tubing and copper cable for connecting indoor and outdoor unit, mounting brackets as necessary with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity including complete all as specified and directed.
