S&F GI T Grid system in ceiling 600 x 600 mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to center. Suspending the main tee of size from the soffit, soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod and levelling spring clip at 1200 mm center to center cross tee, interlocked into the pre-cuts in the main tees at 600 mm center to center in direction perpendicular to the main tee to make a grid of 600 x 1200 mm. 600 mm cross tees are interlocked in the pre cut slots in the 1200 mm tees at 1200 mm center to center in direction parallel to the main tee. Cross tees having length more than 600 mm are to be supported independently. 4.5 mm thick E board with square edge of size 595 x 595 mm be placed in the grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. Size of grid is specified by manufactures including taking down existing false ceiling before installing it.

Virtified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick dark coloured (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall ect including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Brick work with built in cement mortar including all quion, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished using wpc (wpc to be paid measured and seperately) even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall putty 2 to 3 mm thick on plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering on wall surface

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS cable with multi standard copper conductor of size 2.5 mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI makred not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall and surface on ceiling with all conduit fittings and fixing acessories including sunken anodised pressed steel terminal box not less than 1.2 mm thick covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size with brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, reuglators with and including 1.5 sqmm FRLS multi copper conductor drawing as continuous earth wire connected to main earth dolly complete with one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amp.

All as per item No 3 here in before but point wiring with 2.5 sqmm FRLS multi standard copper conductor cable for main circuit and 2.5 sqmm cable and earth continuity conductor for one 15 Amp socket out let controlled by one 15 Amp switch on independent board
