Providing and Fixing of Pre-fabricated, galvanized, cable tray made out of 14 SWG, MS conforming to IS 1070/39/73, IS 513/1973 (450 mm x 50mm x 6mm) for laying of LT cables with the help of Joints, Tees & Bends fitted with galvanized MS nuts and bolts of suitable sizes & lengths. The cable tray is to be fixed with the help of Prefabricated slotted Angles, including Civil works, wherever required. The job includes providing and fixing of galvanized MS Channel / Angle of required size & length, wherever required for mounting of the cable tray. The cable racks are to be covered with Prefabricated roofing (600mm × 2mm) (Bidders are advised to visit the site to get familiar with the job requirements/site constraints before quoting for tender)
Dismantling and Relaying of LT Cables ( Dismantling from existing cable tray and relaying on new cable tray
Providing and Laying of Earthing of Sub-Station --Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000 mm, installation of Earthing pipe of 40 mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thickness & length 2.5 mtr long as Per IS 1239. GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 25 mm x 3 mm for connection of transformer body,G.O Set & lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts,refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth Chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover.
Providing and Fixing of Pre-fabricated 2mm thick Fibre Glass for Fencing of 4x1MVA Sub stations Platform with the help of Joints, Tees & Bends fitted with Galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable sizes & lengths. The Fibre Glass is to be fixed with the help of Prefabricated slotted Angles, including Civil works, wherever required. The job includes providing and fixing of Galvanized Channel Strips / Angle of required size & length, wherever required for mounting of the Fibre Glass.
Providing/Submission of Both Pre and Post Work Execution Geo-Tagged Coloured Photographs of subjected work on A4 sized photopaper (2 pic per page -Pre and Post)
