Providing and fixing glazing with 5 mm thick clear transparent, plane fiber glass by erecting frame work made of powder coated wood grain finish aluminum rectangular section of size 100mm x 50 mm as per approved detail. Fiber glass glazing over curved façade surface around circular staircase area

Providing and fixing frame work of powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) rectangular section of size 100mm x 50 mm with finish and apperence as wood grain as per approved detail.

Providing and fixing of all height false ceiling including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from M.S. sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per I.S 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37 mm at 1200 mm centre to centre one flages fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm x 40 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.50 mm thick 27 mm height having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall / partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive- all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended filler, joiting tapes, finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutous made with frame of perimeter channel suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 12.5 mm thick fully Perforated moisture resistant Gypsum Board tile made from plaster board having glass fibre conforming to IS 2095 part I, size 595x595mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7mm at 19.4 mm c/c with centre borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC (Noise reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing as per approved design and pattern.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick multiwood covering for LED ceiling lights

Providing and fixing pre cast GRC (glass reinforced concrete) jali for railing at verandha area of first and second floor as per approved design.

Providing and fixing wooden handrail with teak wood for circular staircase as per approved design.

Providing and fixing pre molded ornamental column head for circular columns at front façade.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing wall with Arcylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @1.67ltr/10 sqm) over including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

Cement concrete block (machine moulded) masonry in Foundation and plinth in CM 1:6 with blocks of size 40cmx20cmx15cm.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 4:8 (1 cement: 4 M sand: 8 granite chips) foundation and plinth.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 metal sand sand).
