Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each, with and including make good the diturbed surface wit PCC 1:2:4 B0 and CM 1:4 to make the surface and edges finished to recive the window/door chowkhats complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each, with and including make good the diturbed surface wit PCC 1:2:4 B0 and CM 1:4 to make the surface and edges finished to recive the window/door chowkhats complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each, from chowkhats/frames and removal to store for reuse or credit, complete all specified and directed

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down Shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm each and not exceeding 2 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames for doors with two rebates, of size 105 mm x 60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick sheet, including one shop coat primer and necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames for doors with two rebates, of size 125 mm x 60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick sheet, including one shop coat primer and necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in filling of pressed steel chowkhats, cill, step and for inserting hold fasts etc and similar work , complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made single rebated extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ S & F Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain door shutter of size 30 MM thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisturproof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

Supply and fixing second class hard wood 35 mm thick plain, glazed and skelton factory made shutters, open rebated and prepareddivided into squares(04 Nos) with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any number, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24(a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated , supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and and directed. Note:- Glass or Wire cloth in panels will be measured and paid separately.
