Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground and preparing post holes for proviing new posts in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old galvanised stranded steel barbed of any description from old RCC or steel pole (each line wire to be measured) and removing frim site, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described (reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cuttings, tops to shapes, as directed, drilling, holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. fixed and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized (zinc coating 60 gram) mild steel wire, staple or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd (zinc coating 60gram) fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Type / size of fencing holes / dia of chain link fenching shall be as approved by GE. The weight of chain link fencing shall be calculated for payment as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab, shelves, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars, 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts dia not exceeing 15mm at neck, machine made, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt 5cm to 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x 25mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with equal proportion of white and grey cement and no pigments, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring/path etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade,laid jointed pointed with grey cement and no pigments, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The sample shall be got approved by GE before bulk procurement & lot shall be got tested independently by the GE.

M&L for sand filling under pavers and packing the joints of paver block with sand, including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia any length single socketed with rubber ring joint laid in trenches/floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of under ground sewage lines of 100mm/150 mm bore including manholes, CI stacks.gully traps etc. by means of cleaning by roding from manholes to manholes till the cleared/cleaned water running under sewage line and flushing after cleaning, taking out sludge collected in manholes, removing & depositing the same outside the periphery of defence land in the pit at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes including taking off and re-fxing cover the manhole pitt, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Opening of cover (of any description and size) of septic tanks and soakage wells/pits, de-sluding / de-watering contaminated with fine waste materials ( liquid sludge) alongwith solid waste from septic tank and soakage wells/pits of any capacity/depth by mechanical pumping (Truck mounted mechanical machine) / manually making it fully functional to to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge and and removing & depositing the sludge outside the periphery of defence land at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and burying in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud and refixing the cover after cleaning / removing the liquid waste material of septic tanks / soakage wells / pits including cutting holes through slab/ wall where required for inserting pipe and making good the same with cement mortar to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Cleaning of blockage of Water Closet (Indian or European), trap & pipe line upto first manhole manually by Roding and making it fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Enginerr-in-charge including removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MD land and burying in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding with insulator, ACSR conductor of adequate size (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of tree branches coming in proximity to LT over head lines and involved with over head lines where detected , over head lines to be cleared of tree branches atleast 2.5 Mtrs apart from ACSR conductor from all sides complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contactor is supposed to manage long wooden ladder atleast 32 feet height, rope and handsaw machine to clear the lines from tree branches having girth upto 6" dia at his own arrangement and cost.

M&L for Re-streching of loose over head ACSR conductor of any type including GI wire and repair of the broken conductors and adding new length( if required) in place of old and burnt conductor of any size on existing poles with proper sagging including winding with winding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old conductor shall be reused where required for repairing broken length of conductor as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole.

M&L for painting to steel poles including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height complete, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.
