Supply of 12” × 10”metal box with 12 point connector for PT secondary connection.

Providing of Good quality Non-corrosive structure GI Base Nuts & Bolts of size 1 inch × 1 ft

Supply of 06 core, 2.5 Sq. mm armoured control flexible copper cable.

Supply of GI Nuts & Bolts of size 3/4”, Dia. & length =2.5 inch

Supply of GI Joist : 150 mm x 50 mm (6 mtr x 2 nos)

Supply of GI Channel: 100mm x 50 mm ((5 mtr x 8 nos)+ (3 mtr x 6 nos))

Supply of GI Plate of Thickness 10mm ((1 ft x 2 ft) x 2 nos + (1.5 ft x 1.5 ft) x 2 nos) = 8.5 sq ft = 0.7896 sq mtr

Supply of GI Flat (50mm x 5 mm) for earth pit connection

Supply of GI Angle : ISA 75MM X 75 MM X 8MM ( 2 ft x 4 nos = 8 feet = 2.4384 mtr)

Supply of GI Angle : ISA 50MM X 50 MM X 6MM ( (5 ft x 4 nos) + (2 ft x 12 nos) + (1 ft x 12 nos) = 56 feet = 17 mtr)

Excavation work or cutting of earth of size 1.4 m × 1.4 m × 1.5m for making base of GOAB switches and PT Structure including getting out and disposal of surplus excavated soil upto 50 m as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

RCC 1:2:4 foundation work as per plan attached (Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanical mixed placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days) and Fixing of Base Bolts on the RCC foundation.

Erection of steel structure including cutting, welding, drilling, hoisting, fixing in position etc. and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (For 01 GOAB & 01 PT Str.)

Installation of 33 KV Potential Transformers(PTs) on base structure including cutting, hoisting and bolting and fixing in position etc.

Erection of 33 KV Drop out Fuse set.

Erection of 44 KV GOAB complete set including cutting, welding, drilling, hoisting, fixing in position etc.

Aluminum Busbar connection from main bus to GOAB including cutting, hoisting, bolting etc.

Excavation work or cutting of earth for earth pit of size 0.5m×0.5m×3m near New PT str. and GOAB switches including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 50 m after re-filling of soil upto required level.

Making of new earth pit /earthing with GI pipe of 3.00 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.

Connection of structure to Earth pit with GI flat of 50mm×5mm including cutting, drilling and welding etc.

Laying of 6 core, 2.5 sq.mm copper cable on the existing perforated cable tray inside the cable trench including lifting of RCC slab and fixing on its position after the work.

Wiring connection and final Testing of complete installation.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
