No. FD-246): M&L for replacement of following unserviceable / defective parts with new one, including two coat of french polishing on new wooden surface and one coat on old wooden surface (including preparation of surface) complete all as shown on drawing and as directed: - (a) Head board complete.

(b) Foot board complete.

(c) Ply wood top with 12mm thick , BWR grade , both side commercial. (Polishing on ply top is not required)

(d) Tightening existing joints using new bamboo pins duly applying fevicol of existing size as shown in drawings.(Two pins in each joints)

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR (FD-220) M&L for replacement of following unserviceable /defective parts with new one complete all as shown on drawing and as directed : - (a) Removing the old unserviceable Nylon newar from GI Charpoy, cleaning the surfaces thoroughly, supplying and closely weaving both sides with new Nylon newar first qualiuty of light shade of size 50/55 mm wide of approved quality not less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy including minor repairs complete all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable nylon newar from GI Charpoy and S &F of 12mm thick plywood commercial type (ISI marked) of size 1980mmx900mm with and including 10 Nos hooks/cleat (3 Nos welded on each long rails and 2 Nos welded on each short rail) made wih MS flat iron 40x6mm and 40mm long duly holed suitable for 6mm dia bolts, 10 nos bolts & nuts 6mm dia 25mm long with 3mm thick washers, two numbers 40x6mm size MS flat iron stiffner between long rails fixed at 660mm equal distance from short rails fixed with and including 5 to 6mm dia 60mm dia long bolts, nut 3mm thick washer including necessary drilling,welded portion to be grinded smoothly and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on steel surfaces complete all as speciied and as directed (FD-220).
