Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litre per linear meter including drilling and plugging of holes with Cement Mortar 1:2 to match the exisiting finish etc as in apron/plinth protection complete all as specified in IS-Code 6313 Part (3) : 2001 and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at a distance 300 mm apart along the junction of floor and wall, along joints in floors including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1Cement :2 Coarse sand)to match the existing floor complete all as specified in IS code-6313 Part (3) : 2001 and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks (old size bricks) having crushing strength not less than 75kg/Sqm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting hole into or through brick walls built in cement morlar and making good in CM (1:3) with superficial area not exceeding 150sqcm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting hole into or through brick walls built in cement morlar and making good in CM (1:3) with superficial area exceeding 150 sqcm but not exceeding 400sqcm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:1½ :3) type A-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with WPC and GI wire netting. as in levelling course on existing roof or sunken floor of toilet portion, rounded and chamfered on edges including use & waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (chicken wire mesh and liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ).

Material and labour for Providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, coping & hanuching etc. with necessary formwork (straight or curved) and the like complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), Type D2 (Nominal mix) (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) set in CM (1:6) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) with plain fair faces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement shall be paid & measured separatly under respective item of the BOQ.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 35mm thick single piece Factory made wire gauge door shutters including of wire cloth (steel & aluminium XPM) manufacturing by PVC sheets printed 5mm thick on both side on frame made out of M.S tube 19 SWG, size 19mm x19 mm complete in all respect with lock rail and beautified by PVC beading all around fixed with PVC solvent cement complete all as per Drawing No CEPZ/TD-378/ ,Sheet 1/1 dated 27/12/2011 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for factory made box type stainless steel (Grade-305) door made out of hollow stainless steel section of 0.8mm thick, single rebated comprises of wire gauged skelton shutter and having size for vertical and top rail of size 100mm x 35mm, middle rail of size 150mm x 35mm and bottom rail of size 200mm x 35mm, complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- (a)The rates include for laying pipes level or to falls in trenches, etc. on concrete bed or directly on hard ground as indicated and making joints and testing as specified. (b) The pipes shall be measured net as fixed between the fittings and specials, if any, without any allowance for cutting and waste. (c) Fittings and specials shall be measured separately. Material and labour for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Applying 15mm plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying of membrane not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane, Physical property of membrane shall be as under (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane. (f) APP Membrane shall be stick inside parapet where available by chase cutting and sealed with PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 Complete.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with integral water proofing compound and applying 75mm thick coving of PCC M-20 (1:1½:3) A-O (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) on the junctions of the floor and wall surface and the same shall be cured and allowed to dry including Apply Epoxy Resins Coating, Polymer Modified Cementation Coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pedilite and Bostic as per manufactures instructions both on floor as well as on wall surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound make Dr. Fixit or STP complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge / sun shade and fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Invoice from company's authorized dealer shall be submitted with material by the contractor along with dealership certificate. Certificate of genuineness from the manufacturer shall also be submitted by the contractor before getting the material passed from the department.

Supply and Fixing for 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to timber/GI/aluminium /mild steel framework with screws as in ceiling flat or sloping including prepartion of new board surface and applying three coats of white wash on the building board surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Strengthening and repair to RCC structural members such as column, beams, fins, Facia, chajjas & RCC slab as per the following precedence of application including necessary formworks and scaffolding if required upto 7 m height including dismantling loose/cracked plaster/concrete portion from RCC surface in any thickness complete all as specified and directed. (a) Taking down the damaged/ loose concrete over existing structure and then making holes to existing structure to recieve slurry .Injecting and grouting to arrest leakage by using polymer based liquid water proofing compound mixed with cement @ 400 mili litre per bag of cement in the water to form slurry. pumping the slurry through these holes one by one by using pressure pump till bleading the slurry and leave the surface for 24 hrs. (b) Applying one coat of steel bar coat of rust preventive PH RB-167/rust free/SHIELDOXY including preparing, cleaning of corroded steel all as per manufacturers instructions complete including providing additional reinforcement properly binded, overlap with the existing reinforcement and maintaining sufficient developement length/Anchorage length at the junctions to be inserted in the bearings of the R.C.C slab /RCC beam/RCC member to ensure/ acknowledge proper bond with the surrounding concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (c) Providing/ filing the plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto the depth/thickness varrying from 15mm to 45 mm. (d) Applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The additional reinforcement, if any required on the site shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.
