CABLING AND ALLIED WORKS - ARMOURED CABLES Supply & laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground/ trench/surface/pipe, etc. whereever required as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note: The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered & paid in Separate Items

FLP HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE COMPRESSION Cable Termination(FLP):Providing termination of 1.1 kV grade armoured cable for the following sizes including supply of FLP heavy duty double compression cable glands, Baliga/CEAG-FCG /Flexpro/ FEPL make, crimping lugs and allied jointing materials, etc. all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer In-charge. Copper lugs for copper cables and aluminium lugs for aluminium cables shall be used.

CABLE TERMINATION GLANDS NON-FLP HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE COMPRESSION Cable Termination (NON FLP): Providing termination of 1.1 kV grade armoured cable for the following sizes including supply of NON FLP heavy duty Double Compresson cable glands, crimping type lugs and allied jointing materials, etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In-charge. Glands and lugs shall be of approved make. Copper lugs for copper cables and aluminium lugs for aluminium cables shall be used.

Laying, fabrication, installation, erection at site along with all fittings, bends, Tee, flanges etc: LPG Piping work for LPG Vapour Services (Class 300): Work includes 100% NDT Testing of pipeline. Welder qualification approval of the same by TPIA is in the scope of contractor. TPIA charges for approval of welders qualification shall be included in the price. Fabrication includes cutting, edge preparation, including grinding of edged of pipe, fittings, flanges etc to match with the matching edges of uneven/different thickness wherever required, welding by certified welder, attachment of all pipe fittings, tees, reducer etc. Supply of necessary sockets, bolts, washers, metallic gasket etc in included in the scope. Measurement shall be considered with all fittings such as elbow, tee etc for payment.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including taking out and disposal of excavated earth within or outside site to unobjectionable place and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Extra for levelling & neatly dressing of disposed soil completely to be paid separately.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Roof/ Sprinkler line dismantling and placing back in existing pump-house over LPG vapour compressors civil foundation as directed by EIC. Carrying of vapour compressor from anywhere in the plant and positioning properly (using hydra/ chain-pulley arrangement if required) in the civil foundation and installation of V.C ready for hooking up with pipeline all complete as directed.

Lettering with black japan paint of approved brand & manufacture and (unit/letter/cm ht)

Supply and fixing of SOP chart, Datasheet in English, Hindi & local language framed in glass framework as per directed by E.I.C
