Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protection and making 50mm deep joints at every 3 mtr enterval and at every corners and filling the joints with bitumen grade 85/25 and sand mixture 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for Non Skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surface of size 450X 300X 7-8mm or 300x600x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of the tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in CM 1:4 with wire markings to receive tile over it, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid on backing layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed, pointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigments to match the sheds including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for green marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including laying over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.
