Taking down CI soil/ waste/ vent/ pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and as directed.

S & F CI soil/ waste/ vent pipes in any length with ears 100mm bore ISI marked (sand cast) with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed

S & F cast iron sand cast pipes , of 75 mm dia in any length fixed with flate iron clamp complete on walls

S & F CI bends ( any radius ) for soil / waste pipes 100 mm bore diminshing pieces or tapers on walls complete all as specified.

S & F CI branch pieces single (equal or unequal ) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) with parallel branches for 100mm bore pipe all as specified and directed

S & F Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval doors of 75 mm dia

S & F Branch pieces, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches fitted without oval access doors of bore 75 mm complete all as specified. (Note :- The rate shall be including for scaffolding and safety equipment height upto 30m from item No. 1.00 to 7.00)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S & F Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) size of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

S&F Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering as backing layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

Demolition of lime/ cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including china mosaic & wc debries remove from MD land.

M&L for roughening the surfaces of old cement concrete floor by picking, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and applying two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.70 Kg/Sqm over vertical sides of sunken floors. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L cement concrete type F2 1:7:12 with with 40mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) including trap set in concrete bedding.

S & F 100 mm bore cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap fixed complete with M-SEAL joint to cast iron 100 mm bore pipe duly fixed in position in repairs complete including closing the wall opening in cm 1:3 or and directed

S&F 32 mm dia galvanised tubing, medium grade as in spout pipe each 50 cm long, cutting to shape as required, cutting through wall of any thickness, fixing in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 making good the damaged portion by rendering in CM (1:4) and finished the surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified.

M&L Plastering on concrete surfaces of ceiling, beams, lintels, walls etc, 20mm thick (10+10mm)in two coats in CM (1:4) , mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & removal of debrises out MD land complete all as specified (WPC to be mixed in setting coat only and shall be measured and paid separately) (Note :- The rate shall be including for scaffolding and safety equipment height upto 30m )

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement as in patches including taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water & removal of debrises out MD land all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L applying one coat of white wash on old plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces as in wall all as specified.

Taking down chawkhats or frame with shutter (w/o taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 Sqm .

S & F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
