Supplying fixing and fitting of A.C. Sheet in roof, including fixing of ridges in wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fitting including drilling holes in wind ties etc complete and as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Iron work wrought and put up in trussed in shedand with all cost of material and taxes etc complete and as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Brick work with K.B. bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including cost of material with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work per 1 Sqm with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of 32mm thick flush door with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of upenable UPVC doors with door fram of approved make with 6mm thick glass approved quality complete with frame shutters and all fittingand fixtures

Providing wall Stiching paste with century /sylvan 19mm /12mm ply IS303(BWR) and 4mm thick century veener Tino,century veener American maple including melamine polishing and cost covency royalty and taxes of all materials ,hair charges and cost of all labour T&P requred for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing fitting fixing of aluminium anodised T sections no 3215 with 2" center to center ,L section no 175 up to 15 micron on 4 wall to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2' 0"x 2' 0" suspended from ceiling etc.complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, Fitting and fixing M.S. door and windows with cost, conveyance and taxes etc. complete.

Wall painting with two coat weather coat of approve shade on new work, two coat to give an even shade with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Wall Painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per specification and direction of Engiineer in Charge.
