Earthwork excavation for roadwork in soil by hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location, unloading, with all lifts and lead including all labour, hire charges of all machineries with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller to get the required density as per clause 310 including all lifts and lead, loading and unloading chargres , Cost of material & labour charges, hire charges of all machineries, materials etc., complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Construction of embankment with materials deposited from roadway cutting. Construction of embankment with approved materilas deposited at site from raodway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures, graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader and consolidation by roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead & lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machineries as per specifications with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC , carriage of mixed materail to work site , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete with lead of mixed material with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.(Compacted Thickness) Using Grading-II materail Plant Mix method. Construction of Wet Mix Macadum by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniforms layers in sub-base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead, lift & with lead for mixed material with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion (SSI) complying with IS 8887 of on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and sparying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using Mechanical means as per table 500-3 including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, loading, unloading with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing and applying Tack Coat on granular surfaces with VG-10 grade Bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg pe sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified graded premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 Grade Paving Bitumen(as per clause 504.3.1) complyimg with IS 73 2013 of specifued grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.0 percent by weight of total mix and filler at 2 percent by weight of agregate , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver fininsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with Smooth wheeled , vibratory roller and tandem roller 6-8 tonnes to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no. 505 complete in all respects , including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete with lead of mixed material and all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work . 50 mm compacted thickness (Grading-1) .As per job mix NOTE: Protection of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam layer is as per Clause 504.5 of MoRT&H specfification for roads and Bridge work Vth revision.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant of specified graded premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade Paving Bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS 73 2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.2 percent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transpporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver fininsher with sensor control to the required garde, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller , vibratory roller and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects , including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting with a lead of mixed material and all other incidental charges etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermo Plastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The fininshed surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC:35 cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, barricading for traffic diversion, traffic control including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Solar Powered Road marker(Solar Stud) Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and refelctive panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. the marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to udst and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0C to 70C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4V in sleep charging mode to enhance the life ofthe marker and a full charge should provide a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall be not be less than 10mmX100mmX100mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5Kg.
