Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50m ( stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): from brick work in cement mortar complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks (bricks provided by Department) of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing weep holes of 75mm of PVC pipe approxi. 300mm length in the brick masonry wall with special shaped end cut complete as directed by Engineer -in-charge

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings frames guard bar,ladder railings brackets gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
