Supply, laying, connecting and testing in replacement of PVC tape armoured heavy with galvanised steel wire electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade laid in trenches/ducts/wall or through pipe or pole with suitable size of cable glands, crimping type cable lugs complete all as specified size 16 sqmm 2 core.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of including connecting with suitable lugs for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electrical cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm 3½ core.

M&L for scraping of old paint from the street light pole with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Repainting the electric pole with one coat of alternative black and yellow (existing colour) straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint, repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e U clamps, chanels etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint including writing Pole Nos. with Black paint all as per specified at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, laying of cables and getting out all as specified.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer all as specified.

M&L for Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Periodically maintenance and repairs of existing all type earthing including testing of earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to engr -in -charge. Earthing which showing much more results as specified in IS rule and disconnetivity should be replaced with new earthing items are considered as below.Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5 Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Approx 15 earthing shall be carried out periodically maintenance once in a month including testing of result

M&L for painting on wall with synthetic enameled paint of black colour of 200 x 150 mm size and writing work for earth test result with date & year all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification. Note : Result of the earthing should be less then 4 ohms if not achieved the new earthing to be carried out without any extra cost.

M&L in replacement of earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ;normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20X3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of steel/GI duly protected with 40 mm bore light grade pipe upto main board , 20mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation , earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr, add charcoal dust and common salt after mixing with BFC (Back Fill Compound) inadeqate quantity as recommended by the manufacturer or as diirectred by the Engr-in-charge all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR part-I 2009 having pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC pit for CI cover of required size, funnel with wire mesh complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Result of the earthing should be less then 2 ohms if not achieved the new earthing to be carried out without any extra cost.

S&F in replacement of copper strip 20x3mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of PVC or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or directed by E-In-Charge.

M&L for Filling of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Make:- Power oil & Equivalent approved by GE

M&L for dehydration, filtration, heating and refilling of old transformers oil after testing the same for dielectric strenghth not less than 45 KV (RMS). Note:- (a) Dehydration and filtration can be carried out at site by dehydration machine otherwise the same shall be got done from the manufacturing workshop of transformers complete all as specified.(b) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil.(c) Safety of transformer during filteration shall solely be the responsibility of contractor and any damaged caused to transformer during the operation of filteration shall be made good by contractor at his own and no claim for any expanditure on this account shall be entertained during execution of work or later stage.(d) Contractor shall ensure that the conservator tank are full before starting the dehyderation.(e) Testing of transformer oil for BDV and acidity as per IE rules all as specified and directed.(f) Test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge equipment wise.

Supply, mixing and filling of Mono Ethylene Glycol in the ration of 60:40 (water & Glycol) along with the necessary additional and inhibitor in congnition and supplied in barrels. The mixture freezing temperature shall be (-) 25 deg C, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement of manual changeover in SS Enclosure of size 400 Amps 4 P complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Urea an ISO 22241 for usage in BS-VI DG set in in sealed container of capacity 20 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
