Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc n.exc 1.5 m 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 in depth as in hard/dense soil and gitting out.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving below or above ground level complete.

M&L for Cement Concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone graded agg as in fdn filling and mass concrete.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6.

All as per item No.5 here in before but except precast cement concrete block

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 1.50km and n.exc 5.00km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg.) as in coping or floor surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as infixing holdfast, padding to roof/chhajja, coping, bed block etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and fair complete.

M & L two coats of Cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal paint-APEX wting over a coat of primer to match the existing colour including preparation of newly plastered surface of wall.

M & L two coats of cement base paint on old plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete.

Dismantling post/piller or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type

M & L for broken glass coping in cm 1:3 (25mm thick) on top of walls @ 10 Kg of broken glass per sqm of rendered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in layers n exc 25cm in thickness and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 surface soft/disintegrated soil.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm Graded stone aggregate) as in for fixing posts, bed plates, anchorage blocks, corbels, brackets, including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L fore Mild steel angle iron as in posts, struts in fencing or gate including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh and wire any type) ncluding all necessary drillin, bolting or riveting and embedding in concrete and Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for MS bars 10mm dia as in stiffener to chain link fencing incl necessary cutings,bending,etc. confirming to Fe 250 and over cut to length,bent to shape required inclundind cracking,bending,spirally hooping with ms(annealed) with bolts .

S&F chain link fencing MS galvanised,100x100mm mess or cases with of 3.15mm dia mild steel Galvanised wire, lapped straining and binding with incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of mild steel screw bolt (machine made) of 11 to 15 mm neak diameter with hexaganal or squre head and bun end.screw other or screw both end,each screw and to be fited with wisher and one hexaganon or squre exc.5cm long

S&F PVC Coated chain link fencing MS galvanised,min size 75x75mm mess or cases with of 3.5-4mm dia mild steel Galvanised wire, lapped straining and binding with incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stanadard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Concertina coil/ wire fencing with Razor wire 600 mm internal dia and straining & fixing to RCC/steel/angle posts (nibs) including securing or tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins,etc as directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, dry complete

M&L 20 mm thick Granite stone slab of approved colour ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished to mirror finish ) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for bullnosing / moulding to exposed edges of stone slab ( any type) and polishing to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors or gates (Ornamental type where required) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ball bearing etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings incl guard bars/hold fast etc ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete fe290(Gde E-165)

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section- Earthwork) distance of 10.00Km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination
