Demolition of Plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced)in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks(Pulvarised) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type d2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour RCC (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Beam, cantilever, bressummers, lintel over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, bed plate rounded on chamfered on edges including necessary use and waste form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 Cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5Cm but n.exc 10Cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC coated MS galvanised Chain link fencing 3mm dia ( minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm) of wire and spacing 75mmx 75mm with including line wires complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel work in posts and struts and flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 quality -A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Mild steel framed work as in gates of angle iron or other section gusset plates, rails, braces etc drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming to Fe-410W Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Mild steel screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other end, each screwed end to be fitted with one hexagonal or square nut and one washer, length of bolt 5Cm to 10 Cm and dia 11mm to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 6-8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour 16-18mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in kitchen cooking platform and like in CM(1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 including necessary edge moulding/chamfering (full or half moulding) as in vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Rendering 15mm (10 + 5 mm) thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in two layers each mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactturers instructions (WPC shall be mixed with top layer only i.e 5mm thick) finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed. Note : - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" item under relevant item of these schedule.

Materials and labour Preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of any description and applying Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For new works Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm area over and including Priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 Sqm.

Materials and labour Complete removal of existing treatment from old external surfaces and applying two coats Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For new works/ Complete removal of existing treatmnt Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm area over and including Priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 Sqm.

Material and Labour Synthetic enamel paint of any colour/ tint, two coats over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel or iron surfaces over 10 Cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
