Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and but exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm completed all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling sand cushioning to under ground cable 8 cm before laying the electric cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. considering as per SSR 1991 of part -I

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly

M&L for supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron plate, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 250mmx250mmx6mm mild steel plate continuously welded to Pole, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30cm high with super enamel paint (Black and Yellow/white) from ground level/coping, upto 1.5M painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work and PCC in coping/foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) Ferret/of size 6/1x3.00 mm /of size 6/1x2.59 mm (weasal) and 6/1x2.11 mm of . for LT lines on concrete poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Restretching of existing loose OH,LT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit,(five/four/two wireline), including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminium winding wire in case of breakge of condouctor, size of winding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during the stretching.

Trimming /cutting tree branches with clearing space upto 2 meter from the over head conductor system all around for LT distribution system , and as directed.Note : contractor shall take electric shutdown befor start work from main station and start line after triming of tree and informed to the JE/Engineer-In-Charge

S&F in structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat , one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, including taking down old corroded structural steel all as directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE 150 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade,cross section area are as under of Make- polycab/KEI/RPG including disconnecting and taking out old unsv LT cable.Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Repair/ replacement to the unsv rusted feeder pillar box (KIOSK) with and including fabrication of indoor type incorporated with busbar chamber having aluminium busbar capacity 250 Amps insulated with RYB& black PVC insulation tape suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50 c/s fixed on SMC/DMC in step way complete with dust and vermin proof provisions made of CRCA MS sheet not less than 3.00 mm thick also having provision for incoming and outgoing MCCB,s/ cables, 02 Nos earth terminal point complete with 10mm bolt, 02 nos nut and 02 Nos Washers 3mm thick complete. The panel body must be painted with powder coated paint after the complete 7 tanks dip process of to remove all impurties from the panel sheet, all the door must be fixed with detachable pin type hinges,steel door locking system, all the electrical connection inside the panel from bus bar to MCCB's shall be through aluminium strip properly insulated fixed on SMC/DMC insulators. Panel body shall be fixed on iron angle frame of size 50x50x5mm 40 cm grouted in 1:2:4 type 1 PCC 20 mm graded and 45 cm above the ground level duly painted with two coat of synthetic enammelled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directede . Note :- MCCB,s shall be fixed in independent cabin in horizontal position,Main bus bar in step way, the depth of the panel shall not be less than 350mm ,All the rates deemed to be included in the cost of the job. No extra cost shall be paid .Before placing the order Drg,s shall be approved by the GE and shall be kept in record.
