M&L for roof cooling ceramic tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 10mm (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) including screed bed in CM (1:4), 15 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match all as specified and roughening of exc concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick sand cushning for laying of precast concrete interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M & L for 60mm thick inter locking cement concrete mixed colour factory made paver blocks M-35 designation (compressive strength) laid over 25 mm thick sand cushion to maintain the slope including compaction with 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type, D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc. complete all as specified.

S&F steel rolling shutters of 1.25 mm thickness laths without ball bearing (push pull or manual type) as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm confirming to IS-3384 and laying APP polymer modified membrane non-woven polyester reinforcement of 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with plain polythene finish and sealing all the over laps of 75mm in length side and 100mm on the width side of membrane by torching the same all as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed. Including removing existing unserviceable water proofing treatment and washing down with water to remove all dirt etc. also including 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, roof padding & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement including approved water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions or by 3% of weight of cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre on concrete surfaces and sanding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth including mixing of WPC @ 3% by wt of cement as per manufacturer's instruction. (NOTE- WPC shell be measuread & paid separetly).

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified.

Dismantling stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring 550 x 550x 20 to 25mm thk laid over cement screed bed jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing &mirror polishing including over a screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thk in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 60mm thk, M 35 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber mould using grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 laid over incl 25mm thk sand cushoining complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone masonry built in cement mortar incl coping of any description all as specified and directed.

M&L for Squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

S&F of powder coated aluminum sliding window comprising of sliding runner of three way (track), consisting of two sliding shutter duly fitted with 5.0 mm thick galss and one shutter duly fitted with stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperature 1.4 mm with and incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc and down push type locking arrangement in glass shutter, incl necessary fixing arrangement i.e. rawl plug etc, complete all as directed. Supply & fixing of false ceiling in step (s) comprising of 12 mm thick Gypsum board including GI frame work for seamless ceiling made of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 M length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as directed.
