M&L for periodical cleaning i.e. Drainout of water by connecting pump set and manually, removing of sludge (appx 0.60 m thick layer of sludge) and cleaning of treated water storage tank of size 20m dia and 3.2 m deep and removal of sludge to distance not less than 50 m from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of Solid sludge Drying bed of size 7 m x 7 m and 1.5 m depth by removing solid sludge (approx 0.3 m thick layer of sludge) from sludge drying beds by manually and removing to a distance not less than 500m from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Drainout of water by connecting pump set and manually, removing of all sludge, taking out motor/pump to outside, cleaning of well of pump house or sewage tank, removal of sludge to minimum distance of 50 m from starting point, plastic based water proof paint inside tank, lowering motor/pump inside with all connections, re-make roof same as existing with all joinery items including connections with complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out outlived MBBR media from MBBR tank of size 11 mtr diax 4 mtr deep by mannual or mechanical and cleaning of media by clear water and removing dirt/silt inside the media,including cleaning of MBBR tank, sludge removal and after cleaning of media refilling MBBR media, cleaning of air grid pipe removal of debries, blockage of existing aeration pipe complete all as directed by Engineer -in - Charge . (Note -New MBBR media shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fill fresh MBBR media - small cylindrical shaped polyethylene carrier having specific gravity between 0.94 and 0.96 complete material as per existing complete all as directed by Engineer -in - Charge . (Note- Contractor shall submit the sample in bottle of media for before approval)

Taking up unserviceable openwell submersible pumpset vertical type 3 phase, 21 KW/28 HP, Make- KSB, from sewage sump 11 meter below ground level. Transportation it to authorised KSB workshop for repair of pumpset complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : T&P required for taking up and refixing of pumpset and minor items required at site deemed to be included in quoted rate and spares required to make the submersible pumpset functional shall be measured and paid separately as supply only Under respective items of BOQ.
