Sub Head-I :- Man Power (NOTE :- Before Quoting the rate for Item No.1.01 (Man Power), contractors should be ensured that Basic Per Month Rate for Item No.1.01 should not be less than Rs.113613.00 per month. This is the minimum saturatory requirement amount for compliance of the labour laws, which is based upon latest minimum wages notified by DC Chandigarh w.e.f.1st April'2019 + EPF@13% + ESI @3.25% + Bonus @8.33% + GST@12% + 1% labour cess but without contractor profit. *Further, Contractors are advised to quote the rate by adding suitable service charges/overhead charges amount over the above mentioned minimum amount , as per their convenience. If the per month rate quoted by the contracror found below the above mentioned rates then the tender will be rejected straight way. Note:- The payment on account of enhancement/escalation charges on account of revision in wages by DC, Chandigarh Administration from time to time shall be payable by the CSIR-CSIO to the contractor.

Man power for operation, upkeeping, general repair & maintenance of the Electrical Installation, power distribution system, fitting & fixture, security lights, electrical panels, of residential and non-residential buildings area in CSIR-CSIO campus area as and where required should be executed by the deployed staff as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The detail of deployement of man power is explained in the Annexure-IV )

Sub Head-II :- Supply of material Following material will be supplied during the execution of maintenance work (to be used by the above stated deployed man power) from time to time as and when required.Specification and make of the material will be used as per annexure attached.

Charges for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep of USHA/ Kessle/ Khaitan/ CG make of different models complete in all respect up to working condition of ceiling fan.

Charges for repair, and overhauling of single phase ½ HP rating mono block pump set complete in all including all material like bush/ capacitor/ bearing of etc. upto running condition of motor at site.

Charges for rewinding of single phase ½ HP rating mono block pump set including repair of pump, shaft, seal bearing etc. and complete in all respect upto running condition of motor as required.

Alluminium Painting of street light pole from size 3 M to 9 M GI/Tuber type pole including white wash to cement muff and red/gray paint to connector box of street light pole complete in all respect as required at site.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type,outdoor type, single door, Floor mounted, fixed type, free standing single front, dust proof Outdoor Aluminium Bus Bar Feeder Pillar made out of M.S. CRC Sheet 14SWG, Base Frame Angle 40X40X5mm duly red Oxide Primer with PO Red Paint as per specification. Approximate Size (H) 1200mm X (W) 900mm X (D) 300 mm to 450mm X (L) 600 mm long legs. Bus Bar size 400A TPN Aluminium Busbar (Horizontal) & Earth strip throughout the length of Panel Busbar supports shall be DMC epoxy Insulators. All Busbars Links shall be covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black. Aluminium solid interconnection Busbar to to field side for Cable termination duly covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black. All Interconnections of fields side are supported by conical, L & Finger type insulators of adequate size to support & sustain the weight of cables & without Power Wiring. Rewireable fuse units should have provision of minimum four numbers outgoing cables of size 16 sq.mm to 150 sq.mm. Panel should be complete with all accessories like Gasket, Doorlocks, earthing stud etc. and should be as per Technical specification of CPRI guidelines. Panel should be fabricated from the approved panel fabricator.
