PROVISION OF TWO HIGH MAST LIGHT AND CONNECTED E/M AND B/R WORKS AT 153 SQN AF PORT MOUT UNDER GE MINNIEBAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Supply, Install, testing & commissioning of 16 Mtr high mast lighting system with all accessories. Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, stainless steel wire 6 mm dia rope, integral motor, connector, manual handle, lightining finial, construction, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement 'suitable for 06 luminaries symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial, RCC foundation with M-30grade concrete considering SBC of soil as per site. The mast shall have an integral Power Tool installed inside the base compartment for its motorised operation also manual operation complete all as directed including comprising of the following. Note.1:- Design, casting of suitable RCC foundation with M-30 grade concrete considering SBC of soil as per actual site condition at depth of 2.0 mtr and foundation design is to be submitted for approval to the engineer in charge for approval please . (a) M&L for High mast light foundation / bedding with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as per manufacturing instructions complete. -02 Nos (b) S & F for foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plate and templates...02 Nos (c) S & F for LED type single dome aviation obstruction light -02 no and including all connected wiring complete. Make : Bajaj , Crompton or equivalent. (d) M&L for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete M30 grade using crushed stone aggregate complete, foundation shall be as per manufacture recommendations. 02 Job (e) M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete. (f) S & F outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar box 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, CPRI approved with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals.. 02 Nos (g) S & F LED flood light 300 W -24 Nos incluing all accessories and silicon filled ported driver, IP66 protection, driver must have BIS registered. (h) Trailing cable PVC armoured type from luminaries to the base of pole and from base to feeder pillar box. (j) Provision of lighting finial at the top of the pole.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth electride of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level wuith top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and conmmon salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth strip 32 x 6mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 50mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick with 10mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with pcc 1:2:4 Type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 2009 complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and laying LT UG cable XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 16 Sqmm 4 core with cable lugs all as specified and directed. Note : Earth works excavation, returning filling, removal of surplus soil shall be measured and paid under relevant of this items.
