M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm, depth exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and rolled with tandem vibratory roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in dept but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced "Water bound macadam/ Wet mix macadam surface" by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc , sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix Bituminous Macadam laid with mechanical paver and material transported in tipped (covered) vehicle and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with tandem vibratory roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by 4 % weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing for "Bituminous macadam surfaces and existing black top surface" by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10Sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete 40 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Paving bitumen VG-30) laid with mechanical paver and material transported in tipped (covered) vehicle and compacted to required camber and gradient with tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- In the event of excess quantity of binder content is necessitated due to mix design of asphaltic concrete, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and no price adjustment shall be applicable in this regard.

Taking down existing Cat eyes of any size, any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cats eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark Eye, Model No. DA 972 o equivalent model of other manufacturers from the list.

Taking down existing metal delineator of any size, any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in repairs pre coloured (black & yellow) and UV stabilised Speed bump (SB-01) made out of plastic material size of size L=250mm, W=750mm, H=75mm including removing rubbish material to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) It shall highly resistant to severe impacts and harsh weather conditions. (ii) Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material shall be welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on speed bump so that dust and water cannot enter reflectors inside area. (iii) Metallic bolts shall be used for installation speed hump on road.

S&F in repairs Convex mirrors (Model No. RSCM - 100 or equivalent) of size 100cm for road safety made up of polycarbonate reflective mirror body made of ABS suitable for outdoor use fixed with and including MS pipe of 40 mm dia, length 2.4 mtr embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 450 mmx x 450 mm including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless Steel Sign board pattern (SS to SS-7), fully retro reflective sign board made of 3mm thick ACP (Aluminium composite panel) sheet framed with 40mm round SS pipe having front/back (both) side entire surface fully bonded with retro reflective sheeting of HIP (High Intensive Prismatic) grade having pressure sensitive adhesive. boarders and message as indicated cut out. Back ground in Blue and matter in white colour tape having two posts of 50mm round SS pipe 3.0mtr long including excavating post holes of 30 x 30 x 30 cm and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 and removing rubbish material to outside MD land complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .
