Improvement to Canal Lining RD 1050 M to RD 2350 M of Left Main Canal of Gajapati Sagar MIP in Gosani Block of Gajapati District under CAPEX Scheme-2025-26

Clearing and grubbing Light Jungle in road land and berms & slopes of Canal/ embankment including uprooting tank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 1.0 m, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness on pre- measurement including clearing the debris and depositing the sme clear of work site with all leads & lifts including supply of all labour andT&P etc

Excavation, loading unloading and carriage by mechanical means of kinds of soil including stoney earth gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the engineeer in charge within an initial lead o f1 km form the place of excavation complete..(Measurement will to be teken in finisied final level section)

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc. including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with coarse sand of approved quality to all depth and with all leads and lift including watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with making arrangement for carriage of water etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Cement concrete M-15 grade 20mm down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin quarry rubbish and foreign materials mixing by concrete mixer including ;lifting the materials hoisting, lowering and laying the concrete to required level with all leads and lifts compacting in layers of 0.15M thick with vibrators ramming finishing to proper slope and level, finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering curing for required period etc.including cost, conveyance ;royalty and other taxes of all materials labour T&P materials required for this item including hire running charges of the machineries .complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete M-20 grade 20mm down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin quarry rubbish and foreign materials mixing by concrete mixer including ;lifting the materials hoisting, lowering and laying the concrete to required level with all leads and lifts compacting in layers of 0.15M thick with vibrators ramming finishing to proper slope and level, finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering curing for required period etc.including cost, conveyance ;royalty and other taxes of all materials labour T&P materials required for this item including hire running charges of the machineries .complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Straighteing cuttting bending of steel reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost conveyance royalties and others taxes of MS Rods m binding wires of 18 t 20 gauge with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the EIC ( Weight of the binding wire is not included in the calcuiatin for payment)

Providing rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. work to all heights including false work and dismantling then after casting and curing for required time including depositing the debrices clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc.complete with all cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia. AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing foce.etc. as per drawing and design etc including all cost, conveyance complete.

Laying and fixing in position R.C.C. Hume pipe of 150 mm dia. with collar jointed in cement concrete (1:3) using 12mm size hard broken granite chips including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with watering and curing for required time and including cost, conveyance of Hume pipe and collars etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing 12 mm thick saitex board as S/R 2022 page no. 57 and item no. 159(a) etc complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Filling of Foundation with the excavated earth with all leads and lifts delfts including watering and ramming in layers complete in all respect etc completed as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
