Provision of 1200mm dia. RCC hume pipe culvert for additional access to middle of F Quarry ore plot from haul road at south kaliapani mines in the district of Jajpur

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stone earth, earth maxed with boulders (except sheet rock and rock boulders requiring blasting) including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads, lifts, T&P required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulder upto 1/2 Cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1Km from the place of excavation complete.

Sand filling in foundation and plinth with good river sand including laying, watering and ramming in 23 Cm. (9”) thick layers with all leads and lifts comp. inclusive of all cost of labour , T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using c.b.h.g. metal of approved quality from appd. Quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’6” thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and all type of taxes of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T& P required for the work etc. complete.

P.C.C. of prop. (1:2:4) in foundation and all floors using 12mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. comp as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & laying RCC hume pipe of 1200mm dia NP3 concrete pipes for bedidng PCC M-20 grade, mechanically mixing vibrating, centering using T&P and mechinary completed in single / multiple rows including fixing and jointing with cement mortar (1:2) and reinforced light duty non-pressure pipes suitable for flush joint conforming to IS:458 -2003 as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing weather coat two coats of approved brand and shade over a coat of cement primer to exterior surface of wall exposed to weather including cost of brush, scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by EIC. in GF (Make- ASIAN/ BERGER /DULUX)
