Supply & Stacking of 22.4-53mm gauge approved stone ballast from approved quarry for top coat & in pot holes duly Stacked on road side patries to the required template including dressing surface where materials is to be stacked also including cost of materials its cartage all taxes octroi royalty labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply & Stacking of crushed stone dust from approved quarry for consolidation of stone ballast and below screening material for consolidation of inter & Top Coats, duly Stacked on road side patries to the required template including cost of materials its cartage all taxes octroi royalty labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge approved stone ballast in 10cm (loose) thick coat including opening out stacks, sorting ballast in to different size speading making medhi to retain water also including here and fuel charges of road roller, labour for spraying screening matereial to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc, required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water allowance for consolidation of stone ballast to be allowed on item No. 1 & 2 between 15th Nov to 31st May

Bitumin Painting over W.B.M. surface (Ist Coat Painting) including supply of 13.2mm guage stone grit and bitumin including maintenance of stone grit and bitumin including maintenance of road side patries & watering them during operation for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer in charge & also including road roller charges and its fuel, the wages of fireman and T&P etc required for proper copletion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge, including cost of tack coat (Bitumen shall be used @ 0.60kg/sqm)

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick compacted bituminous macadam on prepared /existing surface with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.3 % (by weight aggregate) prepared in Batch type Hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using curshed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting from the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per MORTH specifications including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for Proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in Charge including cost of tack coat (Bitumen shall be used @ 0.20kg/sqm).

providing & laying of 25 mm thick compacted semi Dense Bituminous concrete with bitumen of grade VG-10 @4.5 % ( by weight aggregate) in Batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH Capacity . The prepared surface as wearing coarse over tack coat with specified graded crushed aggregate premixied with bitumen binder in a hot mix plant laying with power finisher to the required grade level and alignment, transpoting the mixed materials by tippers and rolling with power roller to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specifications including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge including cost of tack coat (Bitumen shall be used @ 0.20kg/sqm) .

Brick edging on both sides of the road with Ist class bricks 8cm wide & 12cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour, & supply of bricks finished to required level & in proper alignment & also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer in charge including supply of all material labour & T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in filling in patries with carted earth, filling to be done in 20cm thick layers including ramming dressing the surface to required level and slope for proper completion of the workand as per direction of engineer in charge the earth is to be arranged by the contractor including cartage of earth 5 km. from site including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shose heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material labour T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
