Providing and fixing of Kitchen base unit of size as per site condition using 18mm thick water proofing plywood ( Kit ply, Century ply or Equivalent ) in all sides including shutters and back side with 12mm thick water proofing plywood over which fixing lamination sheet of approved colour and make.The outer surfaces with 1mm thick lamination and 0.8mm lamination for inner surfaces.Edges shall be fixed with 2mm thick bending edge tape of matching colour including one set of kitchen accessories of SS 304 grade ( sleek brand or Equivalent ) and fittings with necessary nails, screws, adhesive etc., complete as per the drawing and direction of engineer in charge. The kitchen accessories and fittings includes, 1.Cutlery perforated basket of W-530mm x D-500mm x Ht-100mm. 2.Plain basket of W-530mm x D-500mm x Ht-150mm. 3.Plate and thali basket of W-530mm x D-500mm x Ht-200mm. 4.Oil pullout of W-230mm x D-500mm x Ht-600mm ( 3-rack ). 5.500mm Telescopic soft closer wheel of make Epco or Equivalent 6."O" soft closer hinges of make Epco or Equivalent 7.100mm SS handles etc.. Note: 1.The rate is inclusive of all fittings and accessories with necessary nails, screws, adhesive etc., 2. The front elevation measurement shall be considered for this item payment.

Note: 1.The rate is inclusive of all fittings and accessories with necessary nails, screws, adhesive etc., 2. The front elevation measurement shall be considered for this item payment.

Providing and fixing Wall cupboard shutter using 18mm water proofing plywood ( Kit ply, Century ply or Equivalent ) with fixing of 1mm lamination at outer surface and 0.80mm lamination for inner surfaces. Edges shall be fixed with bending edge tape of 2mm thick with matching colour and including all accessories like soft closer hinges,100mm SS handles, SS tower bolt of size 100x8 mm etc.complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Cupboard using 18mm water proofing plywood ( Kit ply, Century ply or Equivalent ) and back side 12mm water proofing plywood ( kit ply, century ply or Equivalent ) .Providing and fixing outer surface with 1mm lamination and 0.80mm lamination for inner surfaces. Edges shall be fixed with PVCedge bending tape 2.00mm thick of matching colour and including all accessories like soft closer hinges,100mm SS handles, SS tower bolt of size 100x8 mm etc.complete as per the drawing & direction of engineer in charge.
