M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20 mm graded agg ) and coping and the like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50M and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 15 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Taking down Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts all as directed.

Fixing only galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable quantity obtained from Sl item No 17 shall be reused under this item.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; ways; railings; framework of water tanks, for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia of neck Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No 25 above but except stone. Note : Serviceable quantity obtained from Sl item No 1 shall be reused under this item.

Taking down plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceilings, fins, fascia, chajjas, parapets etc. (including tiles) raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc incl patches of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or stone surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered external wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm width/girth and including applying two coat of weather coat anti dust emulsion paint, exterior grade of approved shade over a coat of alkali guard anti efflorescence primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2, as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub bases finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size (100X100) of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire

Supply only 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire, 100X100 mm mesh in chain link fencing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil (dia 600 mm ) SRPBT made up hot GI wire (spring centre) having 50 No of turn 125 clip, barb length 23.5 mm , 2.5 mm high carbon core wire tape width 18.60 mm, centre with 7.4 mm including anti-corrosive bitumen paint coated all as per IS 158 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair netting PVC plastic mesh of any approved colour minimum thickness 2 mm with aperature 1 inch approx complete all as specified and as directed.
