Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard /dense soil including grading and ramming bottom surface for laying pipes and fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soil including, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms including making good disturbed surfaces to original levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of excavated material soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) used in trust block / pillars/ stand and formwork etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up/ down cast iron (fire fighting) water mains 150mm dia (including all fittings), with flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings/ flanged joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up /down cast iron (fire fighting) water mains 100mm dia (including all fittings), with flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings/ flanged joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up/ down MS (fire fighting) water main 150mm dia (including all fittings), with flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings/ flanged joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, ISI marked IS No 8329:2000, centrifugally ductile iron pipe (DI Pipe) laying above the ground or as per site requirement of nominal diameter (DN) 150 mm, class K -9, with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating with flanged at both the end including all jointing material and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of post office red colour etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 100mm dia MS ERW pipe class 'B' in standard length conforming to IS 1239 part -I (ISI Marked) duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over coat of primer for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note: The quoted rates shall be inclusive of complete accessories including other jointing materials etc.,

Supply and fix in repair double door fire hose cabinate box with arrangement for holding 2 Nos 15m long hose pipe of size not less than 800x600x250mm, made out from 16 gauge MS sheet duly painted with two coats of (red colour) synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer with double leafed glazed shutters (glazed with 4mm thick transparent fiber sheet) mounted over the MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame having minimum 1m long, 4 Nos legs, and grouted the same into PCC 1:3:6 type and must have the legend " FIRE HOSE" painted prominently in the graphic style complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of existing valve chamber of any size and Material and labour for valve chamber with bricks masonry of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimension) with 150mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 230mm thick brick walls built in cement mortar 1:6, 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on internal wall surfaces of chamber and external surface upto 150mm below ground level finished even and fair without unsing extra cement, 5mm thick MS sheet cover with 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame fixed on 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping with and including 25x6mm MS flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangements and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surface including excavation and earthwork in hard/ dense soil and disposal of surplus soil to as distance not exc 50m etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of fire fighting pipe line MS/ DI pipes up to 200mm bore in position by using steel wire brush etc., complete of post box red colour of first quality as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair MS flat iron clamps fabricated to size and shape for fixing the DI pipe in thrust block / supporting pillar duly drilled with two drills (one on each end) for fixing 16mm dia bolt duly painted with two coats of synthetic emamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Suppy and fix in repairs fire hose stainless steel coupling with hose fittings suitable for 63mm hose pipe, hydrostatic pressure test 21 kgf/cm2 and water test 14 kgf/cm2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
